Cancelled with InCorp over 3 years ago via both email and phone and the non profit organization no longer exists. Despite doing NO work for the organization, they continue to bill and ignore cancellations. They have so many BBB complaints it takes awhile to read them all but, they ALL say the same thing, refusal to cancel and billing despite not doing anything.

If incorp.com didn't send me those important documents from the courts as quickly as they did, I would have been in a bad position! I can sinserely say that they can be trusted and I vouch for reliability also. godbless you.

Incorp is most probably from my experience, the best registered agent service around!! I've been with Incorp since 2001 and they have never let me know, I mean like never. Thank you for being so reliable.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. They are also very prompt and knowledgeable. They respond promptly to every need. I would definitely recommend Incorp for all your business needs.

I had asked them to complete my BOI reporting which they never even filed. I had to complete it myself. Now they are looking to charge me yearly fees for a service that i dont even use. I have sent them an email a few weeks ago and the only reply i received was another email detailing the fees. I have called the support line and apprently everyone is on holidays. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

We signed up for services 3 weeks ago. No one will reply to emails to get the registered agent addresses.

I've been using Incorp Services (incorp.com) since approximately 2012 and always been very happy with the services they provide for Company Registration and Filings. In fact I want to specifically mention a member of their staff (Celeste Gibson) for the consistently outstanding way she has always looked after us. In fact to would be fair to say that nothing is too much trouble for her - Thank You Celeste!!! - your kind help has always been greatly appreciated. And I mention Celeste simply because any business is only as good as the staff they employ.

I'm looking to leave bad reviews everywhere I can. Their mail forwarding service is the worst thing to happen to my business. They take WEEKS to forward any important mail to you. There's been 3 different times when I received a letter from the IRS or franchise tax board that was past the payment deadline, resulting in penalties. The penalties would have been avoided if incorp just forwarded their mail weekly, and not once every 2-3 weeks?!
They were told 6 years ago that my llc was dissolved and they still try to charge for services that they have not provided. They have filed in collections after 6 years of fraudulent charges also. Stay away from this scam and fraud

Constant rate changes, additional fees, paper invoice fees, unresponsive customer service, additional $99 fee to cancel account by filing for registered agent removal.
Company will auto-renew, make minimal effort to contact you, and then send you off to collections for a service you are no longer using. The corporate answer for their staff to give is that's our policy.
The auto-renew is included for the following year. If you cancel your service - you will not be reimbursed - (our policy). They will help you file to change your registered agent for a small fee of $99. In my state - this is $2, but they are helping you out. (our policy).
The policies of this business are disgusting at best. I am not saying they do not exist, but make sure you understand what you are signing up for. Money driven organization; not people, moral, or ethically driven in any manner. (You know, it's their policy)
Customer service is abysmal. I do not recommend working with this company. It takes days for responses to emails, and the people hired for telephone customer service are incompetent to get anything done for you. I called at 2PM during work hours and apparently all three supervisors were out to lunch, incredibly unprofessional and horribly run. I believe no one wanted to deal with the phone call.

They are a total scam. They keep charging me for money even though I paid their nonesense invoices and filled their forms of cancellations. It doesn’t matter, they keep charging money and invoices and then you’ll hear from their collection agency. THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM.
I no longer have the company for years but they keep requesting money and even more money plus late fees. I need all my money back. This is no different than true scam. Where is SEC?
If I could put a 0 star I would. This company is a scam so that they can bill you over and over again for services not rendered. Or better yet no service at all. As they stated the charges are because their address is on the llc as the filling company which btw you can change at anytime they stated. Well news to me! I started a llc with them in 2016 and decided to do nothing with it. My choice right. I did not even apply for ein number. I did not even complete the first filing with my state. I pulled up my records with my state and my llc has been dissolved since 2017! Needless to say they charged me for each year with late fees all the way until 2022.Then they wanted to charge me another $99.00 for services to cancel my service with them. All in all I had to folk out $327.00 and demand a letter of cancelation. Looking at reviews and seeing complaints that the billing doesn't stop after canceling. My feeling of being taking advantage of overwhelming to say the least.
It was good while it lasted. My corp got dissolved, but inCorp charged my for the following year. I got on the phone with their rep and the got the issue resolved or so I thought. They still left a balance on my account which they refused to resolve upon me contacting them.
Their services are OK. But if there's even a minor issue they will let you down.
In my opinion Incorp is engaged in unfair and deceitful business practices, which include constant rebilling even when a company has been dissolved or abandoned. They will continue to bill non existent companies year after year, and you can’t stop them. And then they turn their collection agency on you. It feels a lot like organized crime. Stay far far away. I am considering legal action, and am also contacting the FTC and attorney general, and the BBB because they will not stop harassing me.
Phenomenal, personal service. We use InCorp in a few states and they know exactly what to do for each state and guide you the entire way.
Dealing with Kayla S., an account exec from InCorp, was a great experience. She was thorough, professional, friendly, and oh so helpful to someone new to the process of getting a Registered Agent. Starting a new business is very confusing; she was a bright spot of clarity.
I had a great experience with them. They made everything easier for me. I definitely recommend anyone who's starting new business to work with them.
