Unfortunately this company is not very good at delivering the correct product. I ordered 11 or 12 different packs of flowers/shrubs, Aster, larkspur, lavender, two kinds of milkweed, poppies, Katz cherry blossoms, butterfly bush, hummingbird vine, liliac, and a pack of princess tree seeds. I received NONE of those seeds. I genuinely thought I was doing something wrong despite doing research on each plant before buying them, well now almost 2 years later after planting the seeds in many different pots and spots in my garden I've finally seen the plants pop up. And it is all petty spurge and lambsquater. Every single seed I planted. If I wanted to waste my time and money I wouldn't have spent days weeding my garden and tilling soil

I bought over 10 kinds of heirloom seeds from them in April, majority were tomatoes and lettuces. NONE of the lettuces came out, didn't even sprout. Lots of Lamb's quarter came out instead of tomatoes. I am very disappointed at them, will never buy from them. Lesson learned.

A great seed company to deal with! Customer service is responsive. They really care about their customers. This is the only place I go to for all of my heirloom seeds. Keep up the fantastic work!

I was very satisfied with my order and recieved it quickly. So far most of the seeds seem to b sprouting well as long as I follow instruction on the packet I don't seem to have any issues whats soever. So thank u 😊

Highly recommend. I really appreciate that their packaging is 100% paper products, for that alone I would buy from them again. They shipped quickly, their prices are competitive, and they have an excellent selection.

All the seeds grew very well (met or exceeded average germination rates for the species), except for the Gingko nuts which eventually rotted rather than germinating (but Gingko nuts are tricky and need to be very fresh to be viable).

The product was never delivered, possibly due to an incomplete delivery address. I say possibly because although it is clear that a unit # is missing, there are recent indicators that this could have been a purposeful delay tactic. But for the purposes of this review, I will assume the error was legitimate.
The real issue was the very poor communication and resolution efforts.
I started trying to contact the company as soon as it became clear there was a problem. At first they suggested a 'wait-and-see' for a little longer (which I did) and then they were 'away' and couldn't respond. When they finally did, their response was completely neutral and evasive. It amounted to 'that is unfortunate', 'we want our customers happy' 'let us know what we can do'....there were no explanations of what could be done, what they are doing, and what options are available. Furthermore, I had to initiate all communications including follow-ups and provide suggestions about next steps.
After a bunch of unhelpful emails in which they primarily said what they 'won't' do, I sent a final email - critical but professional - where I spelled out my disappointment with them and where there was an implication that I would be further reporting this issue. All of a sudden they sent an email with a few options as a form of resolution because they wanted me 'happy', yet most of their suggestions involved me sending them even MORE money.
Their gall is absolutely unbelievable.
I would say they are tone-deaf to their customers, but the reality is more likely they just do not care.
They have my money and I have nothing. And to them that is perfectly fine.
This is not a trustworthy company and I certainly would not recommend anyone to do any business with them.

I ordered my seats a week ago. I had never heard of this company before but they had some seats I was specifically looking for so I went on their site and I saw other things I wanted too. My order arrived in the mail exactly a week after I ordered - INCREDIBLE. I know who I'll be ordering from next year

I stumbled upon Incredible Seeds when searching for a seed company with free delivery (very hard to find in Canada). I have gotten seeds from McKenzie, T&T, Vesey's and now Incredible Seeds.

I must say the Incredible Seeds delivered fast, has a great variety but most importantly...

THE SEEDS GERMINATED IN 48 HOURS UNDER LED LIGHTS!!! (Kale, Cabbage etc.. Including ONION seeds!!!)

The seeds were so fresh, I've never had germination like this and I'm an avid gardener with grow lights/garden in my basement for winter.

Anyways, great company, fast delivery, good selection, and great seeds! I totally recommend!

Huge variety, generous seed packs. Ordered 30 types of seeds ranging from peppers to violet cauliflower.
Over 80% germination rate for practically all, only one oddity which suggests that product was just bad luck on my part as everything else sprouted/germinated quickly.
Extremely fast and reliable shipping. (NS to AB in well under a week standard Canada post, for both orders.
Happy personalized messages on receipt of items.
Packaging simple but very informative and aesthetic. Instructions are succinct and accurate.
Will always order from them moving forward. I would only ask for a wider variety of hot peppers.

I found Incredible Seeds Co. had a great selection of seeds and their ease of ordering was certainly a plus. Their customer service was excellent as was the quality of their seeds. Delivery was quick. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Fast service, even during the pandemic and the seeds that I purchased from them all sprouted, even the tree seeds which are often quite difficult to sprout. Will be ordering from them again! Highly recommended!
