I placed an order for sewing needles. After nearly a month, I sent an email to the Support email address inquiring about my order I had not received. I got NO response. Two weeks later, I emailed again with NO response. I never received my order. An expensive lesson. I'll never order from them again.

I ordered steel sewing needles from this company on October 31, 2025, and have not received them yet! I think it’s a scam.

I ordered the 36 pcs big eye steel sewing needles kit and I waited a month while watching their online updates showing it being in customs etc. Finally it showed it was delivered and so when we arrived home I checked our mail box and nothing. I contacted their support and they gave me the run around telling me it was delivered and I needed to check with my neighbors/friends and the postal service… So I did. We live in a very small town and know our postal lady and our post master. Plus I know all our neighbors and we have a Facebook group page for our neighborhood and I even placed a post there… It wasn’t delivered! I let them know again and told them I wanted a full refund. This was my second time to ask for a refund. This time they were direct stating they did deliver and I needed to check my surveillance footage… Well, we actually like many, have cameras all around our property and again nothing was delivered! They won’t give me a refund, they are FRAUDS! Do NOT make the mistake I did! Save your money and make sure to always research the company you are ordering through. I wish I would have. Also, whenever I tried to login to their website where I made an account and ordered from, it stated the administrator had locked my account. I took a screenshot and will be sending everything including emails to my credit card company. I pray I get the money back, if not, it’s a lesson learned!

They send you tracking information where the product is coming from France via USPS. Takes a month to get here then we get a notification that the product arrived. Never received anything. USPS says it cannot positively track without signature, company says talk to shipper!? They will not help. This company is a sham. Hearing the same thing from others Just wish we saw that BEFORE we ordered from crooks.

I ordered remote tail lights for trailer. And received only the tail lights, no remote plug for truck. A $ 10. 00 tax was also added that was not on the order when submitted.
Obvious deceitful advertising without satisfactory results from supplier.

Company sends Tracking but nothing shows up! Can't seem to get out of customs. I will never buy anything from this company. Interesting name too! Indefinitely! Wow
