FRAUD - This company deserves a 0

This company deserves a 0 and they should be investigated for fraud. I didn't order anything from them yet there was a charge on my credit card for $132.39. When I contacted them they didn't do anything to help me. I told them I never placed an order with their company. And their response was to review the product when I got it then decide if I want to return it. Again I stated that I didn't order anything from them. After two other emails back and forth I received an email saying that the item was shipped. After that they repeated with the same response saying to decide what to do when I got the item because they couldn't stop the shipment.
