Look to be honest, I've never seen this much bad service in India.
I never thought that independent tv will cross all the limit of lowering their services.
Whenever I tried to call their customer care service they just repeatedly says that hang on we are on another call. Also they drowned my all money which I've invested in the recharge. They aren't responding me.
I will suggest you not to go for it. Other services will ask you for more money but trust me guys it'll be good for you.

Worst Service, service is not resume after 15 august and not started at new given date after 21 august, customer care number is closed.
company claimed they came back with new avatar ITV 2.0.
simple SD & HD channel is not given and they tell about ITV. what the rubbish.

Extremely Bad service Independent TV of Reliance
I trusted independent TV because of the big name of Reliance products.. But I think I made a mistake.. Initially theysaid HD channels will be provided but instead providing HD they removed many SD then also I have not complained. Every month for 5 to 6 days their channel gets interrupted then also I shut my mouth. But now they have done extreme pain from 10th of June not a single channel is coming. Please refund me after deducting all your charges. And take back this worst ever Independent TV.

Worst experience with this DTH service ever, I request all even if this independent cable offers u lifetime free service also don't take, it's a complete scam from reliance group..everytime u call customer care no one answers n even if they answer pathetic service they will say sorry n disconnect ur call and to get connect with them it will take days and than agents just don't even bother and simply hung up on ur face.

Very very very bad experience 1 year payment taken. Last 2 months all channels not seen. Now call to customer care all line stop even nodel officers mobile also switch off. Third class service of reliance they cheated all customer. Pls give us our money back and collect your set up box and dish immediately. Don't ever buy this fm mkt chor company. Fraud fraud fraud and cheaters.
