Would give a minus if I could

Would give a minus if I could. Washing machine never dried properly. I contacted twice by email and was batted to a phone number where I was batted to another etc. 5 times. Finally found technical support with the rudest woman it’s possible to have. I needed an engineer. She wouldnt entertain that until I went though a fault finding exercise. No!! When I insisted on an engineer coming out she threatened me with £100 charge if it was a wasted visit.

Awful dishwasher

Our home Insurance company put in an Indesit Dishwasher. Model number DIO3T131FEUK. It is the worst machine we have ever had. The inside trays do not hold crockery and cups suitable for a family for 4. Every cycle we have tried does not dry the itmes in it and it is rusting our food prep knives, so we have to dry everything up before we put away. On three cycles, the dishes are not getting cleaned. I can not recommend this machine.

Don’t buy an indesit washing machine!

Bought an indesit washing machine 6 months ago. It’s broken down twice and customer service is beyond appalling!! Been left without a working machine for 2 weeks l. Engineers are booked in to fix it then they cancel on the day- they have done this three times now and I’m furious 😡
Don’t buy from them, it’s not worth the stress

Awful company

Got an indesit dishwasher in January which caused my electrics to trip out due to the terrible installation which caused leaks. I paid 90 pound for installation but when i complained they were so rude and dismissive. The customer service is non existent i phoned eight times to be cut off and was only able to speak to them online i have no idea what people without Internet can do I will never buy indesit or hotpoint again.

Indesit Fridge freezer from Argos

Received a fridge freezer from Argos, no problem on Argos's part but within 6 weeks the inside shelf fell off the fridge door, got in touch with indesit eventually (Hotpoint) to tell them I wanted a refund but they insisted they have to send a guy to assess the damage, they then said they can replace the door, I said I wanted a refund because it will happen again because of the flimsy design of the door. Got in touch with Argos who said they can give a refund if I get a reference number from Hotpoint, So back to Hotpoint customer services, Now after 2 days of messaging Indesit customer services (yes, they really are shockingly bad and no option to call) they are refusing to give me a reference number and have pretty much stated that it's tough luck and we are not getting a refund... Do not buy from Indesit (Hotpoint) again😡

Indesit washing machine

Indesit washing machine is the worst i have ever owned the rubber door seal went early on, it goes black, it smells,i have never had a washing machine that smells bad, i even had a thought that it wasn't brand new, now all the lights are flashing and it won't start. Never buy one.

Indesit integrated dushwasher

This dishwasher is poor VFM broke after 13 months using twice per week. Place I bought it from in Hotpiont/Indesit place England say I have to pay for a visit. Ridiculous, not fit for purpose apparently they can't guarantee anything more than 13 months!Won't be buying either kind above again.

Cannot deliver what they promise

Ordered a dishwasher via Argos. Said it would be sent by manufacturer within 5 days of order. I ordered on a Saturday so expected a call on Monday. Monday I received a call from Indesit, said they don't deliver to Highlands of Scotland and would need to go via a courier but this would take up to 48 hours to put through then they were unable to confirm when the courier would deliver.

Explained they weren't fulfilling their commitment to Argos customers, we need dishwasher by end of week, that's what we paid delivery for. Indesit said they could only cancel order from their end but that I thr customer would have to contact Argos and sort a refund myself
Disgusting and pathetic service, will never buy from Indesit again.
Spoke to Argos finally to cancel order and for refund to be processed. Will go with another company and manufacturer now.
Customer service very lacking.
Do not buy from this company.

Awful cooker

Awful cooker, bought a double oven smart looking cooker march 2022, the indicator light kept falling off and it discoloured all around the vent at the back. I fought through an online determination company to have it replaced which took nearly a year. Now the new one is even worse all discoloured- the enamel melts when the oven is on so it's all bumpy and all round the top the enamel is peeling off and it's rusty underneath. They won't fix it because apparently it's cosmetic and that doesn't matter

Very disappointed

New washing machine less then 2 weeks ago and it's awful. Both my previous machines allowed a degree of overriding programmes, e.g.temperature and spin speed It's a BWE 81496X and bought it online. To make matters worse tried to telephone to seek assistance and they couldn't take a call and recommended a You Tube channel which wouldn't solve the problem. I would like to return it and get a decent machine bu you can't speak to anyone. If I could rate it a minus I would. So disappointed.

All working fine but numbers around the knob have started to erase meaning I can no longer read the temperature! After many, many attempts over the telephone to speak to the correct dept and a failed attempt with the livebot, I finally got a real person on live chat by writing the word “complaint” . She advised me that this was a COSMETIC issue (!) and that I would need to pay to have a replacement fascia fitted. I am utterly amazed that the “paint/ or transfer” has come off so quickly and that Indesit has not had further complaints . Their customer service and also complaints department doesn’t exist - appalling company . Never, ever again!

Absolutely disgusting service by…

Absolutely disgusting service by Indesit.
I had to do live chat due to no humans being available to speak with on a phone. I advised that my less than 6 month old cooker door smashed 'freak accident' happened and could they help? Would it be covered?
They didn't advise if they could or couldn't help they just said that I will be charged £70 if they found no fault. I said forget it ill buy a new piece of glass for £65. However all because I advised I had a small cut to my finger they say it has to be done. They have gone ahead and booked someone to come out, without my permission, i wont be in either. I will be refusing someone entering my house unless the charge is waivered if they feel they will need to charge. Disappointed is an understatement and I will never ever buy these products again. Not that this will bother such a large company who do not care for their customers. I'd stay away from this company where possible.

Couldn’t fix first machine replaced by insurance company now this one is faulty . Can’t keep replacing faulty indesit washing machines

On my second one as they couldn’t fix my last one plus water poured out onto my floor already once. This new one lasted exactly four months now water is pouring out of the seal at the bottom of the door. I went to book a repair at hotpoint and it doesn’t go through at all on their site. I don’t think indesit washer dryers are quality tested at all. This is the second one that just does not work properly. Lots of hassle trying to get this pieces of rubbish fixed as well. Had to go through domestic and general last time to get washing machine replaced. Unfortunately it’s been replaced with another faulty machine.

Worst customer service imaginable useless flimsy product

Worst customer service imaginable I genuinely wonder if they are compliant with the consumer rights act and if they understand the equality act 2010. I wish I’d never purchased the tumble dryer it was an utter con. It hasn’t lasted even 2 months. The filter housing is cracked despite the upmost care and the filter is loose resulting in lint blowing out the pipe. Cannot vent out the window as too much lint would be blowing into the neighbours garden and my garden. Had to buy a condenser trap which clogs evertime with large amounts of lint. Despite paying 229 which was more than the 196 I was quoted for a Creda being assured that for 30 quid I’d get an extra 1kg of space and the same quality I’ve been had. The customer service won’t book a repair despite me having a D and G policy they say my name is spelled wrong it isn’t spelt wrong on the policy letter. They said if they came out under warranty without using the policy I would potentially have to pay 70 quid. It’s under a year. Scum. I’m considering legal action. I am severely disabled and largely housebound and this is the treatment. I wish I’d got a creda. What an idiot I was.

Absolutely shocking customer service…

Absolutely shocking customer service from Clayton I believe his name was. Very dismissive and rude. Hung up the phone without a goodbye. Never experienced customer service like it. Company should be ashamed! Absolutely disgraceful.

Faulty item, bad customer service. Avoid it if you can!

We bought a brand new oven, hadn't even started using it and within a week the metal front parts showed signs of oxidation. The customer service representative who came claimed that we did something to it when cleaning (or spraying!?), but he failed to notice that other metal parts of the oven (e.g., the handle) were not oxidised, which means it must have been a faulty material. Needless to say they claimed that this could not be covered by the insurance, so 300+ EUR went down the drain. Avoid this company at all costs and put your money and trust in another company. I wish I had read the reviews on trustpilot prior to purchasing. Very disappointed...

Don't buy from this company

My dishwasher has never worked.
The engineer failed to turn up twice and when an engineer did turn up they couldn't fix it. So I'm still waiting for it to be fixed.
They also don't have a complaints process.
Avoid this company at all cost.
