Blade won't fit despite the claims in their FAQ
Underhanded sales tactics
Refused to fully refund OR issue returns label.
Initial refund offer of 20% of price then 30% when I turned nasty.

I should have looked on here before buying this rubbish from China. It doesn’t fit….it needs a boss to hold the blade. If you could make it fit i believe it could be dangerous to use. As many others have said, to get a refund you must post back to china which is simply not worth it. Ive been had for a fool (sadly)

Scam. Do not buy. Does not fit, even with “universal” adapter kit. Good money after bad.

SCAM business. The item is of poor quality and importantly does not fit the trimmer. You need to buy an additional piece of kit which is not mentioned in the advertising. Personally I would doubt if that would work either.

They did not acknowledge my complaint of item not as described, instead saying I could have a 20% refund or pay to post it back to China! I ended up claiming the money back through a chargeback on my credit card which was approved immediately, I think they must be aware of the company!

It is a total scam no answer to emails waste of money Beware

Would give it zero stars if I could.
Product does NOT fit strimmer, or indeed many others they claim it does.
They tried to avoid a refund by suggesting packaging was damaged by me. It wasn’t.
Offered 20% then 30% refund when they’d lied about its compatibility.
The completely ignored me.
Scammers. Avoid….

This is a fraudulent company which can only improve by shutting down. My experience is similar to other reviews posted here, BUT I had bought through PayPal and after “escalating” a claim with them was given a full refund. Cannot praise PayPal highly enough.

Total scam as per every single other review on here. Doesn’t fit the strimmer and you can’t return it as the postage to china is more than the item. Avoid

Scam. Item doesn't fit without an equally expensive adaptor, if at all. Upon request of a refund, they provide you an address in Hong Kong where the postage exceeds the items value!

Same experience experience as everyone else. Total scam.

As everyone has said on here the indestructible trimmer is a waste of money.
Used once now fit for the bin. Contacted my bank to pursue a refund as all you get is a stupid reply from the company.

SCAM - Does not fit, will not refund, will not acknowledge emails - FAKE reviews on their website.

It does not work on any strimmer, it is poor quality and useless

I was able to fit to my Makita brush cutter using the adaptors supplied by Mskita. .

HOWEVER there is a reason nylon cord is used in strimmers - to withstand rocks, stones, fencing etc. The Indestructible trimmer blades are so flimsy they simply curl up at the ends when they hit a small stone.
I agree - useless, inadequate, dangerous and another Facebook scam.

Bought this to replace nylon string head on my Ryobi. It does not fit!

Scam, claim to be in UK, ships from China.
Also claim this fits all strimmers as it is universal.
This doesn’t fit my Gtech strimmer so these people are guilty of mis selling as it isn’t universal.
Can only return for refund if you cover postage cost which is more than item is worth.

Huge Scam! Do not buy under any circumstances!
It is a part that does not fit or work with any UK Strimmer!
Claims uk company but based in China and returns not possible as the cost to return is the same cost as the part so no one can return it to them! Massive scam heavily advertised on Facebook. Do not join the fools club who have all become victims! More should be done to clamp down on these types of rogue traders making false claims and hiding behind uk web addresses. I’ve put a claim in to my credit card company and would encourage everyone to do the same!

Total scam. Product is from China and is impossible to attach to a strimmer. Refused a refund as they said i had used the product as it was rusty. I had the product a week and it came like that

The Strimmer head looks good it cost £19.99 makes you believe it comes with attachments to fasten to your Strimmer. It does not. That is an extra £14.99
You can but the whole lot of Amazon for £9.99
I was offered to keep the head which is useless without attachments and get a refund of 2%.that would be £4.
To return to China would cost £25
So I have wasted £19.99
