Quality not what was expected
A huge pity cause the designs are so beautiful

Outfit fits well and design is as picture but fabric is thin and not great quality. Service was bad. Took longer than promised and there was no communication, even after enquiring. Only received a response after a second email and no updates thereafter.

From my order to my delivery I was totally updated.....the online service is absolutely awesome....and the quality of my garment is excellent.....thank you team.....

Yesterday I purchased 3 products which claimed an offer of 3 for 2. Today I received an email stating a system 'glitch' and I can't get my purchase as it was cheapest one free. The offer did not specify anything except 'Sitewide' however according to the the person on the what's app...All 3 for 2 offers are cheapest one free and everybody knows that...really??Clearly this business has no idea how to advertise. Then the person posts my query on Facebook which is unprofessional and immature. Pathetic service, will never purchase here again. I did request full refund.

Dress was advertised under your immediately available stock but arrived 3 days after the wedding (17 days after order) despite WhatsApp messages saying it would be delivered the beginning of the week.
In future please do not place items in your “available in stock” category if it is not.
The disappointment was massive!

Prompt delivery and beautiful garments

Horrible experience! Product wasn't stitched neatly at all...material was bunched in places and front pattern was skew. As I would be unable to wear the garment as is I asked for a replacement of the exact same item. Hawa was rude...said there's nothing wrong with the item and I would have to pay a further R350 for them to try and get it replaced.Also said a discounted item cannot be returned. Will not shop there again.

My outfit got to me in time and the quality was so amazing! I got so many compliments. My messages and queries were answered timely. Will definitely be recommending and ordering in the future.

Indians Dress House is not fair when it comes to their finish products, I'm now on my 4th order with them, the first dress order was without any deffects, after that all three orders from Indians Dress House had flaws, second order the dress had fatty stains on the hem and I alerted them and apolgy was rendered, the order there after came with deffects and I didn't send a complaint until the resent order, the dress came with fabric having holes at the waist one can not mend it but to cut the whole waist were it is torn
