Really disappointed in the customer service I have received. I purchased a pair of Freedom Moses sandals from them last June because I already own a pair and love them. Unfortunately in February last year I had an accident and shattered my kneecap and detached the tendon. I had hoped that by late summer I would be recovered enough to wear them but unfortunately my recovery hasn’t been straightforward and I am potentially facing further surgery. Earlier this week I was organising my wardrobe and tried the sandals on ( I had previously only tried the right one because I couldn’t weight bear on my injured leg for several months following surgery) and when I put them on something was hurting my left foot and when I looked there was an extra piece of plastic so I contacted IndiandWill and their solution was to cut the piece of plastic off and offer me a 15% discount. These sandals are not cheap and if I try to cut them it could leave a roughness that will rub on my skin. I have sent pictures to show they haven’t been worn, you couldn’t wear them with the plastic sticking into your foot. I do understand that it has been nine months since my purchase but these are faulty and would surely have a guarantee of a year even if they had been worn and there are obviously extenuating circumstances. I would avoid this company in view of their customer service as I am now currently £39 out of pocket for a faulty item.
