Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. My order tracking shows that the parcel was “delivered,” however I never received it. I was at home on the supposed delivery day and there was no parcel and no courier note left.
I contacted the company immediately to report the issue, but my concern was ignored and no proper assistance was provided. Instead of investigating the missing delivery, they simply sent me a request to leave a review.
A company that does not take responsibility when a customer reports a missing parcel demonstrates very poor customer service. At this point my issue remains unresolved and I still have not received my order or a clear explanation.
I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
