I ordered a watch strap and it was custom made and ready to ship and I realized that I had quoted the wrong lug width. I said I knew I couldn't cancel a custom order but he responded "I will make you a 20mm then." I'd mentioned that I'd be using a deployant clasp at the beginning. It showed up with a free deployant clasp. (I don't know that he usually ships with any kind of clasp or buckle.)
