Please do not buy from this website. It's a total waste of money. They send used sarees and online they trick people by showing completely different picture. When we raised return request they didn't even bother to respond. TOTAL WASTE, NOT WORTH A SINGLE PENNY
This company is cheating on people, stealing their money. Showing one product in photos or videos over whatsapp and sending a pathetic smelling synthetic sheet instead. They are fraud. Someone from Surat should laudge a police complaint against them for cheating money and misusing digital platform, fooling around. This website should be pulled down immediately.
I ordered a white saree. I received a pinkish looking saree of the same design. I initiated a return on the same day. I uploaded videos and photos like they asked. No response. After almost four days status says “reviewing” in the website. No response to email. Phone number listed says is switched off. No way to contact them. I’m stuck with a saree that I didn’t order and not looking good
First of all product I purchased and received does not match in order to color and quality, Also as per their policy I requested a refund on same delivery day but more then 20 days passed and they never picked up product, Also the contact number and wats up number they mentioned on website is not reachable. They dont have any point of communication. Which is very frustrating and customer dissatisfaction. I never recommend this website to purchase any product. The worst shopping website I found.
