Unfortunately, I trusted ChatGPT on WhatsApp, which suggested this website as a trusted source for applying for an Indian visa. I paid the fee via Google Pay, but surprisingly, the transaction didn’t show up in my GPay history—only in my bank account.
After realizing something was wrong, I immediately informed my bank, the German Verbraucherzentrale (consumer protection), and the Indian Consulate in Berlin.

I’m still trying to recover my money, but I want others to avoid this mistake. Stay cautious!

I have applied India’s visa from this website. Firstly its expensive than actual visa fee.
Secondly i filled all the forms and paid fee and i had no confirmation of what is happening with my visa process. After few weeks i emailed there email address and i got told my visa will be processed 30 days before entry. Next day they emailed me it will be 20 days before entry. Than when it was 15 days left for my entry i chased them again and i got told that there are 30 days left for my arrival date to India (not sure where they got this date from) i again confirmed my date of arrival with them and suddenly no response from them for few days. Than after few chases they come back and said they will process my visa in 5 days to avoid any expiry problems. I asked them can they confirm date then no response. Today is the 5th day and they emailed me saying there are 21 days left on my arrival (i have no idea what are they talking about here) they need to contact flight to see the changes??? What flight??? What changes??? I was always always frying on 1st sept which i filled on form.
This site is a FRAUD. Do not go with them. I lost my money as they are not responding now. They do not provide you contact number after asking numerous times?
Not worth the hassle, would be easier to go direct to indian govt website

Paid 198$ for a 24 hour visa. After 40 hours still no answer. They claim to have 24/7 service, but whether you call the US, uk, India or any other office, no answer. Sent them several emails also, but still no answers.
When I look at the reviews on Trustpilot, I almost only find 5 stars, so I wonder.... do they generate them by themselves???
Finally after 48 hours I got my visa and they will return the extra fee of 79 dollars. But it has been extremely stressfull not to now if I would get it or not.
