I came from Canada to spend two months in Noida with family and needed a multi-monitor set up for remote work.
India Rentalz seemed like the most professional service for this that I could find online.
The monitors worked, delivery and pick up were great.
As a foreign national there were a few extra steps for me which is fair given the nature of renting.
I do feel though that there were a few workflow aspects of this process that could have been better integrated into the website.
Additionally there was some confusion and multiple follow ups from multiple people asking me to provide a photo of a delivery document which I never received at the time of delivery, on top of initially being provided an incorrect invoice in the email.
A bit of polish on processes and attention to detail would resolve this as it came off slightly disorganized.
Ultimately though, it was a great solution overall, and the process nitpick while it caused me to drop a star, I would have only docked a half star if trust pilot allowed that.
India Rentalz sorted me out proper.
I can also appreciate they likely do not deal with temporary foreign nationals without their own Indian documentation very often.
I would use the service again, and appreciated the faster track of deposit return to accommodate my leaving the country.

I rented a monitor from IndiaRentalz, and my overall experience was awesome! As I raised a request for renting a monitor and the same day, the monitor was installed. The entire process was very smooth and transparent, with no hidden charges.
After the rental period I submitted return request and their team came to collect the monitor and once they received it I got my security deposit back in my account.
