I had an issue w/ the Floor Trader Pivots indicator. It's nice when it worked, but I had to have a new DB created for Ninja Trader 8 (it's not uncommon to have to do so to my knowledge)... When that occurred, I had import errors when I loaded the FTP Indicator Warehouse Indicator...

I would understand if I had the same issues w/ my four other custom indicator vendors, but I did not! The ***only one*** that would not load was my one Indicator Warehouse indicator. I reached out to their support group and they said they would help for ***$97.00***. The indicator was around $200. I've never had worse support for a custom indicator.

I ordered the JournalLync add-on for NT8 that is supposed to work with TraderVue journaling software. Long story short: the add-on didn't work and TraderVue support staff couldn't help. They recommend that I contact IW for help, which I did, twice. Still haven't heard anything IW--absolutely nothing. Looks like I'm out $100. Unbelievably unethical of IW to conduct business this way.

I have been with Indicator warehouse for many years now and their customer service has always been top notch. Their indicators are above average and I use some of them daily in my trading.
Ben gets a very high rating from me he has always been fast, fair, efficient and friendly in his responses to my concerns. Any fees they may charge for continuing services is clearly explained and marked on their website. Thank you for your continuing work to make life easier for traders who desire an edge.
