l order a burgundy jumpsuit on sept 26th 2024, l just received my order today november 19th 2024,, they loss me as a customer the jumpsuit looks cheap for my 56$ they will not receive another order from me , very disappointed!!!

Ordered my clothes at the beginning of Aug and I still don’t have them. They are refusing to issue a refund.

Misleading and scam with what the pictures show verses what you are getting. They do not want to give you a full refund, and the clothes are cheap looking and overpriced. I will never buy anything else from them.

I placed an order July 21st and have yet to date received my order!!

I ordered a gift for my mother’s birthday and paid for express shipping. They promised a refund of shipping. I have no received my item or any refund of any kind for shipping. I ordered my item in July 20th with 7 days express paid….its now August 9th no refund or items. This makes me look bad. I would order from them if it was free. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

It took 3+ weeks to get my order. When some pieces didn’t fit or I didn’t like the material (looked cheap), I wanted to return them but they said it would be really expensive to return to their warehouse in China so the suggested just giving me a 30% refund to keep the clothes. Despite me never hearing of this arrangement before for any other clothing store, I negotiated a 40% refund and will never go back there again. I gave a couple of cheap looking pieces to my 12 year old niece and she loved them… for what that’s worth.

I still haven’t gotten my refund but I don’t even care at this point.

The size chart is not good. I ordered based off size chart and it was all too big. When I contacted them they said it was a fee to return each item but offered me 20% back of my total purchase to just keep them. Keep something I can’t wear or pay to return them back to them!! WTH!! DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!
