great price , easy to book , new & clean RV.

I rented a van, it was good

I have no seen the van yet so how is possible for me to rate the experience?

On the second day of our trip, the inner tire on the rear axle went flat. It turned out the inflator hose had come loose, something we couldn't see during a visual inspection. The employee at the campervan pick-up point claimed we were the only customers that day, but he didn't check the RV's condition.

On the last day of our trip, the same tire blew out on the highway. We tried calling the rental company for help for an hour, but no one answered the phone or responded to our messages. There was an employee waiting for us at the drop-off point, but we couldn't reach them.

Overall, the campervan's condition - 4 stars (the drawer jammed, the door to the living area wouldn't open from the outside, and the toilet door kept swinging open while driving).
Technical condition was - 3 stars .
Customer service and support - 1 star.

Ultimately, after two months of waiting, we were charged another $300 deposit for abandoning the damaged RV on the side of the road. What we should have done when technical support didn't respond remains a mystery.

Unprofessional and unreliable. Unilateral last-minute cancellation due to their own fleet mismanagement, leaving me with hundreds in non-refundable travel losses.

Awful experience and service! After breaking down we were told to connect with someone via WhatsApp only. We then took it upon ourselves to get the van to a mechanic where we disconnected the handbrake so we can continue driving. Despite this being extremely ILLEGAL and dangerous on mountainous roads. Indie campers offered no other alternative and told us to drive it back. We're still waiting for compensation a month later. Despite multiple back and forth conversations via email, call and WhatsApp! Where's our refund!

Terrible experience: Paid for extras not received, wrong vehicle, and zero accountability!
​We booked a campervan for pick-up in Bergen, Norway, and we are 0% satisfied with our experience.
​First, we specifically paid extra for early pick-up and late drop-off. Neither of these were honored or made possible for us. When we tried to get our money back for the services we didn't receive, we were caught in an endless loop: Indiecampers says CampervanEu is responsible for the refund, and CampervanEu points right back at Indiecampers. Neither company is willing to take responsibility or refund our money.
​To make matters worse, we were given a completely different vehicle than the one we actually booked. We were given an EV with significantly less battery range, which severely restricted our driving and heavily disrupted our planned itinerary.
​Between the bait-and-switch on the vehicle, the failure to provide paid extras, and the non-existent customer service regarding our refund, I cannot recommend this company. Save your money and book with someone who actually delivers what you pay for.

Just spending time with the family was great. Indie campers made that happen. Great job!

Everything went good the campers was perfect no problems at all. Camille and Eleanor take care of us and respond to all our questions.

Tips: don’t be in a rush when you check in going around the explanation for the van could take a bit of time
