Never had a bad experience with indie juice! My go to for ordering vapes. A great range of brands and disposables! Had maybe one faulty vape from them which they were quick to deal with and send me a voucher :)

Used these on the off chance once and was surprised how quick my disposal vapes arrived, now a year or so on and I'm still using them.
Massive choice on the site and if you just set an account straight up with them it makes every next order very easy,, takes 1-2 minutes for me to order 🤷🏼‍♂️ never felt like I needed to look elsewhere.

I always use indie juice for my ecig liquid. Fast delivery. Plenty of flavours to choose from. Even received free bottles a couple of times. Much Cheaper than my local vape shop & there are always offers & deals.Overall Fantastic company

I have been using indiejuice for a couple of months now . Absolutely amazing company , all products are genuine & high quality. Customer service is second to none , if you have any problems just message them & they cannot do enough to rectify it . Prices are brilliant to & there are always deals to save even more money . Highly recommend

I’ve used other online vape companies and they say next day delivery or delivery in 2 days but none of them do, indiejuice deliver on the day they say, can always trust them and the vape juice is of high quality 👌🏻

Very reliable at being on time, great flavours, would recommend.

The website has a great visual appearance and is well designed and laid out.
The product range is excellent with very competitive pricing.
Delivery is also fast and efficient.

What lets IndieJuice down, is the fact they ignored my customer support questions, plus the website is littered with dead links and seemingly no ability to leave product reviews, despite customers being incentivised to do so.

I would have given 5 stars, but ignoring customers who seek answers to valid questions, is unforgivable in this day and age and not customer friendly at all.

Sadly it would appear that IndieJuice will happily take my order, but they're not so happy to engage with or assist with a paying customer. This leads to to question what their overall product support would be like, should I encounter a problem with a purchased device or e-liquid.

I sincerely hope that IndieJuice will address these issues in due course, because it's obvious to see how much work has gone into the development of the business. .

The company is great never been let down quick delivery, reasonable price for vape oil and postage I wouldn't consider going elsewhere

I have used Indiejuice for a while now. I buy there juices and coils - Always quick delivery and some great products and discounts on some juices. I will not use any where else now as they have such a range of juices and reliable.

Excellent service. Massive choice of products. Referral programme and money off vouchers for leaving reviews on your purchases. There is always special offers and deals. Free next day delivery when you spend over £20.
