Maybe the word 'customer' has too many syllables.

Entering their contests is not cheap and Indie authors have a had time not losing money letting alone making any. I entered their Discovery Awards program and was fortunate to win the humor/fiction for "The Typo: In the Name of God." As winner you can order stickers for your cover. Minimum amount? 25. Cost? $50. They never arrived. How did they send them? USPS. Did you get a tracking number? No. Horrible customer service and no effort to make good on being too cheap to put tracking # numbers on packages.
