Horrible experience. I have been trying to get my funds back for weeks now. I have been scammed.

They draw you in, by 'selling a Wikipedia Page' listing, then once you purchase it, they say you are not eligible and need to buy more from them in order for it to go live. They trap your money, so you are forced to buy more. It's really dodgy.

I have also made contact with other customers (who have left negative reviews below) and they have all been scammed as well.

Save yourself the stress and do not engage with them.
I will also be making a formal complaint to:
1) BBB - Better Business Bureau
2) Federal Trade Commission
3) Econsumer.gov
to further investigate this company and stop this fraudulent/scam behaviour!

6 months to build a web page, non interactive site with terrible customer service. reported this scam to the police. buyers beware.

I am very satisfied, the project was delivered very quickly, the seller was very responsive, took feedback very quickly and provided a final delivery and associated files. The quality of the work was very good, the logos really brought different concepts through and captures the instructions well.

This process was extremely simple. For a person who can draw, I did the best that I could to show my vision and they were able to bring it to life.

Overall it was a very nice experience to work with indigo logo design. The designers were very helpful with ideas and expanding my initial design. Once we got to the revision point I just wish they didn't take so long to respond. They are allotted 48 hours to respond but it seems it was drawn out or I would have to reach out to them after the waiting period to get a response. They immediately responded but the back and forward took my design an extra almost 2 weeks to get finalize and error proof. The last day we used the chat to speak and make the revisions clear. I wish we could have done that 2 weeks ago when I decided on the final design to complete it! Maybe the automatic chat would be a better tool to communicate and move the process along a little faster. I'm very happy with the finalized design and I can't wait to use it for my business!

The artwork delivered is excellent. The artists were very responsive to the concepts and details that I shared about our business needs.

The process is easy.

When it came to the copyright process, the so-called "legal representative" came across as a bit sketchy. I would have expected some sort of web page or reference material to explain/describe what I was purchasing rather than a simple "hello give me your credit card and I will copyright this for you." For an alleged 20-year-old company, that seemed wildly unprofessional.

Other than that, it was a worthwhile investment.

Indigo Logo Design did an excellent job on my first business logo. Their work was quick and reliable. I was able to provide a concept and a very simple sketch; in return they develop 4 professional samples to select from. I have enjoyed the ease of the process so much that I have decided to have them work on a project for a second business.

On a scale of 1-5 I give Indigo Logo Design a 5 because they designed the logo for my nonprofit organization exactly how I pictured it. Also, I was able to do the copyright process through them as well. I highly recommend them.

I PAID $300 TO DAVID BOYLE TO DO DESIGN WORK FOR ME. ONCE HE RECEIVED MY MONEY HE WAS GONE.

IT'S NOW MAY AND I AM STILL BEGGING. I HAVE SPENT OVER 9 HOURS ON THE PHONE AND STILL NOTHING!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I must admit, I am shocked at how the process unfolded with Indigo. They have so many positive reviews. But our experience with them was extremely poor. Not only was it a waste of money, but also time. After TWO months we still did not have what we needed.

On more than one occasion, the phone number listed on their website wasn't even in service. It's not possible to actually speak to a live person.

It's very obvious that the individuals doing the work are not native English speakers. Therefore, when certain details were explained, they were grossly misinterpreted. At one point, a "senior designer" told me I was "misbehaving." No kidding. I have it in writing. The fact that he did not know that was insulting further reinforces the fact that English is not their first language. His supervisor, who promised to take care of the issue, did not. And here we are EIGHT weeks later, without a final logo.

We were even asked to pay extra for the "extra" time and revisions . . . when the problem was our requests were not reflected in the work!

Horrible experience and major waste of company time. We missed a great business collaboration opportunity because we didn't have what we needed from Indigo.

It's a scam. One of the top 5 worst customer service experiences in my lifetime. The have a list of promises that rope you in, you pay up front and once they have your money they don't care about the service they give you, much less the product. As the original promise deadline on my project passed, there was less than half of the promised work completed. During this time, my project was passed to multiple project managers. I expressed frustration about poor customer service, unfulfilled promises and missed deadlines. I asked for a refund which was refused and instead I was promised new results with a new deadline. Once again, the deadline was missed. I inquired again about the project and never received a response. Not one single follow up, not one single call, email, or message and not a single apology. They showed no concern whatsoever about the situation. There is still a project showing as "ongoing" in their system and they are no longer following up on it, and they do not care because they have my money. I waited 19 days after my second complaint to open my 2nd official dispute with the company over the project. Over two weeks after that dispute, there is still no word from them in response. Despite the fact that they haven't even finished the project, they are ignoring a customer that is unhappy with their customer service. I would advise anyone to never give these guys a chance with hard earned money. They only care about getting money upfront, not the project results or customer service.

Very easy to work with. You don't need to have any idea what you want it to look like! I gave them a name and one idea and they came out with an awesome logo! very satisfied.

Worked very quickly to put what I had in my mind into an actual design. Great experience with very little delays through difficult times. Thanks for your help!
