My custom ring had part of it break on a Monday evening. I immediately went to the website and saw it has a 2 year warranty. I submitted a request to have it replaced. Monday morning, Jake emailed me apologizing for what happened and gave me a couple options to replace the ring. I responded to him Tuesday afternoon. Wednesday morning, he emailed me again saying that my ring was already being started! I could not even believe the level of customer service I had received and how quickly he was working on this. I have already told so many people about how amazing Indigo Lune was, but now my recommendation is even higher! Thank you, Jake!!

My order was never fulfilled on USPS’ end. It was lost in a facility in my home state and never made it to me. Jake and Humera with Indigo Lune were so quick to resolve this issue. And made sure I got my rings with priority. Thank you so much for your kindness with this! This company is amazing and gives the perfect gift!

I ordered 2 rings. My order arrived quickly. When I received my rings, the colors I was expecting were off.
I thought I was getting a rings with red gems. The gems looked orange. It was an easy process to reach out to Indigo Lune. They quickly took action to replace the rings at no extra cost. I have not received the replacement order yet but everything seems to be moving smoothly.

I recently purchased a ring and a necklace, and overall I’m really happy with both pieces—they’re beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. When my order arrived, I did notice a small issue with the ring, so I reached out to customer service.

I have to say, their response was excellent. They were kind, understanding, and very quick to help. I sent the ring back, and they sorted everything out straight away, sending me a replacement at no extra cost.

It’s always a bit worrying when something isn’t quite right with an order, but their professionalism and willingness to fix the issue made the whole experience stress-free. Great customer service and lovely jewellery—I’d definitely recommend them.

My order was unfortunately not delivered by Canada Post and Jake was able to resolve this issue very promptly by sending me new items.

I ordered wrong size and color. But, Customer supporter Jake’s response was so kind and speedy.

I can’t say enough good things about this company and the experience I had with them. After going through the stress and disappointment of having my ring stolen, Holly and Eliza went above and beyond to help me replace the beautiful ring that was taken from me!
Theft isn’t covered under warranty unfortunately but in a gesture of goodwill they wanted to make it right by sending a replacement ring.
They really exceeded my expectations and I’m looking forward to having the ring back on my hand. Thank you again for everything!

Sadly one of the rings was too big and had to send it back. I don’t know who Abbie is, but the way she helped me - she deserve a promotion, what an angel.

I made an order that I changed my mind on a few hours later. Unfortunately this was past their cancellation deadline of one hour after purchase. Abbie was super helpful with cancelling my order despite the policy. Great customer service!

Lost several stones from the first wear but the most important thing is not that I had a specific design of a ring not hold up on me but it’s how the situation was handled. It’s frustrating when there is a time delay between the UK and the United States but once I was in queue, these ladies were helpful. There was quite a delay and even sending out the replacement which is a different ring because the ring I had was out of stock. Maybe that’s a good thing because it did not hold up for me at least. When I called and said that the ring had not been shipped Holly jumped in and helped tremendously I appreciate the customer service for sure. I think customer service is more important than any one product not working out because there are many more products that I have purchased and that are available to purchase online that would be amazing thank you so much ladies thank you for so much to the company. Experiences like this go a long way when you’re talking to friends have a nice day

I was missing a stone in my ring, it happens! So I reached out to customer service and they were phenomenal. I emailed back and forth with Jake and he was so helpful, they give options of which I chose to get a replacement piece. They made me very happy. Highly recommend!
