BUYER BEWARE – Indochino is an absolute disaster. They have no clue what they’re doing, and it shows in every aspect of their operation. After wasting over two hours of my time with so-called “precision” measurements, I received what can only be described as a complete joke of a suit. It was, without a doubt, the cheapest, most poorly made suit I’ve ever seen—arriving wrinkled, with sleeves and lapels that were embarrassingly uneven. The jacket was so tight, there’s no way it could have been made to my measurements. Their entire “custom” process is a sham, and their lack of customer service makes that abundantly clear.

Even if the custom suit had fit properly, it would still be the worst-quality suit I’ve ever seen. The fabric on both the jacket and shirt is so thin it’s practically see-through. It’s hard to imagine anyone considering this acceptable.

The dress shirt was even worse, thin, cheap, with sloppy, uneven stitching. It looked like it came straight from the discount bin at a bargain store. "Pathetic" doesn’t even begin to describe the quality.

Indochino might be fine for someone who doesn’t care about their appearance or has never owned a suit before, but for anyone with basic standards, this experience is nothing short of a disaster.
The customer service from both Indochino and Nordstrom was completely useless. Neither took responsibility, forcing me to dispute the charge myself. Nordstrom even had the audacity to claim that a “custom” suit couldn’t have fitting issues and insisted I never attempted a return.

If you value your time, money, or appearance, avoid Indochino like the plague. They deserve every bit of this review. Nordstrom has also lost my business and should be embarrassed to be associated with such poor quality and abysmal customer service..

Great experience overall. Nice store, personalized one-on-one selection process with a staff member. Tons of options for the suit and pieces of the suit. Lots of customizations. Easy tailoring. Expert service. Highly recommend!

Kadence Baker was a terrific sales associate. He was attentive and wanted to make sure I got exactly the suit I needed. I’m not sure I would’ve purchased today had he not been so friendly and outgoing when I walked in the store. A great asset to your company.

Indochino is completely frustrating! Their initial process, which began 08/17/24, is streamlined and client friendly, which I now believe is just to get your money. I had two suits made, after being fitted, and making specific mention of my displeasure with shoulder divots. They fit you and do whatever they want with the suit construction. Buyers beware, you might as well purchase an off the rack suit and having necessary adjustments, as when I received the suits, both jackets had shoulder divots, it fit too tight, the pants were tailored for someone following trends and fads, they were too short. I had to call the store to have any correspondence and again to check on the progress, after the person that helped me said my suits would be done on the Monday following the Friday I had to return to the store for another fitting. They're super disorganized! Save yourself the headaches! I'll never give them my business again!

I chose Indochino only because of Brandt's demeanor, customer service and positive energy. All shops offer the same merchandise but not all offer the same customer experience. With that being said, I truly believe that Brandt is a valuable asset to the company. Thank you for your help choosing my suit.

Indochino Ottawa was amazing. The representative who sized and took care of my sons was efficient, professional, friendly and proficient at what he did. He made the process easy for them while helping them understand why each step was important and how it affected the end result of tailoring. Will definitely recommend and return for future purchases.

My first time with INDOCHINO Nashville will not be my last. Great quality clothing and an amazing process.

Overall HORRIBLE experience.

Everything actually started off pretty well. I made an appointment for measurements, they were on time and ready for my arrival, seemed professional and knowledgeable while taking my measurements, helped me choose colors, fabric, etc.

That's where the positives end.

I ordered a suit and two dress shirts. The suit actually fit properly, and seemed okay quality at first. The shirts - not a chance. They definitely weren't made for me. I could not even get close to buttoning the top button, the neck was far too small. Completely unwearable.

I brought the shirts back to the showroom for the "perfect fit guarantee" and they wouldn't help me - they said to call customer service. I did that and they still wouldn't help me. The shirts are completely useless and they did not address it, no fix, no refund, no nothing.

I got two wearings out of the suit. Then one of the side tabs on the pants broke. I contacted customer service again, to try and get it repaired under warranty. Initially they seemed like they would help with that, at least, but then never followed through. So now my suit is useless, too.

There is no after-sales customer service whatsoever. They will not honor the "perfect fit guarantee". For the side tab, they acted like they would help just to drag things out and make you go away. Unfortunately I was too nice and gave them too much time to try and fix the problems in-house, so I am outside of the window to do a chargeback on my credit card. Don't make that same mistake like I did!

Oh, and they won't stop SPAMMING ME AND SENDING JUNK EMAIL even after I clicked unsubscribe.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS JUNK COMPANY!

Danesh is truly a real professional at what he does and made getting my finance’s wedding suit a stress-free breeze!
We are very impressed with the quality of the suit and Danesh gave us incredible service.
