I had Joe as my tour manager for Exploring Croatia tour. He was very much on top of things gave me a call the first day to let me know how things were going to work and then I got daily itinerary as to which tour I was going on where to meet had taxis to pick me up. My only change I like to see is that ingusto send I’m the information 48 hours in advance instead of 24. I am a planner. I do understand as he was able to make changes due to weather. All the accommodations were great and in good locations. Jupiter Lux room was fine for a solo small. Had everything I needed and a great location in Split.

The experience was awesome. Joe was attentive and always answered our texts in real time. I give him 10 stars if it is allowed. I will be making future visits to Japan and South Korea and will contact Joe to help me make those reservations for 10 or more people. In the excursions Pedro and Cesar were excellent tour guides.

Our trip to Spain, Portugal and Morocco was fantastic! Everything was planned out well and our online guide was easy to communicate with, helpful, and flexible. Our local guides were amazing. We really enjoyed every day of this tour. The hotels were comfortable and travel was mostly comfortable too. We had top notch experiences!

Joe was very helpful and supportive thru the whole trip.
We did have some glitches and some questionable scheduling but overall we were satisfied. The company needs to find a better way to get refunds to their customers as we waited 6 months and a lot of back and forth before we got our agreed upon refund.

We hadnt fully comprehended that this wasnt a tour per se but more a travel agency organising transfers and day trips etc. That being said we had a fantastic trip. Actual trip varied a little from the itinerary we had booked, mostly due to travelling in winter. The agent was helpful and arranged uber etc for us. Excellent accommodation options often upgrading along the way, the favourite being a traditional home in Takayama. Took all the stress out of pla ning the trip ourselves

Took Indogusto two tours one was crown of Europe tour and other was Croatia tour. We family of four had best time. Best part they have personal tour manager which help you in every possible manner to make your tour go perfectly. Guides were amazing and I had best time with my family on tour. We went from London to Paris and then to Zurich and then to Rome. It was amazing. Post that we added Croatia where we’re we went from Zagreb to split to Koracula to Dubrovnik. Overall Indogusto been a best travel company for my family and I will be using them for all our future tours.

Indogusto created a customised tour for us , for Thailand then to vietnam then cambodia and then to bali , they were able to customise it and offer nice and pleasent experience .

Indogusto recommended us cheddar George in Wales . It was an outstanding experience and a beautiful drive through a scenic route leading us to beautiful caves, a once in a lifetime experience.

We found indogusto while we were searching for a group holiday in Europe. Indogusto offered a nice blend of experience and everything was included at a good price point. For family of 8 indogusto offered good discount and Joe was amazing in handling as a tour manager for us. We went from France to Switzerland and Spain and slightly customised our trip and it was amazingly handled by IndoGusto. Indogusto is a hidden gem I do believe their ability to customise our trip , adabpt to our request and offer good discount been an overwhelming experience. I will be choosing indogusto for all our coming up trips.

The mix of being on our own, but having Joe book daily tours and be available to help us with any glitches worked well for us. It was a unique alternative to a week long group tour.

I ve always preferred using indogusto for my travel , as all my travelling plans are made by them I go stress free and they have a very helpful team who guides us whenever required .

I went on the tour to Seoul, Busan and Jeju Island. I have never done anything like this before.
The tour was fun and very well organised. Communications around travel planning, guides and places of interest are given in a timely manner and 24/7 is available. Accommodation choices are excellent.
I am very happy with the entire experience overall. I enjoyed snd appreciate everything. Walking, meeting people from around the world, the sights and its history all added to the experience. I would recommend Indogusto and Tourhub to anyone who wants a guided tour. Thank you

I tried Indogusto out of curiosity as a travel agent they exceeded my expectations! You deal with them through WhatsApp before , during and after your trip which they were super quick in responding to all my needs and concerns. The tours were exceptional! We did the Epic Portugal Tour and we saw and did things we would have never seen on our own! The tour guides were not only wonderful but a pleasure to spend the day with( as some tours are a full day but worth it). The buses were modern and comfortable.
The activities that included tickets to certain attractions were great also( boat tour down Duoro River in Porto)I was looking for a package to offer my clients in destinations and I would highly recommend this company! I am now offering ALL their packages to my clients with confidence that they will come back with great reviews also! Sebastian and his team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and I did not inform them I was a travel agent until later in the trip!

Very organized. Timely updates each day. On one of the days, the taxi pickup from hotel to tour shuttle was running late and we were informed up until the taxi arrived. We will definitely book our travel with you again. Thank you for taking care of our memorable vacation.
