This website is a scam. I was overcharged, information and process are misleading.
When I applied for the visa, the form specifically asked whether I was including minors in my application, which led me to believe that the total charge of USD105 covered myself and my two children (three applicants). However, I later discovered that the charge applied to only one applicant. This was not clearly communicated, and the way the information was presented was misleading. Furthermore, the fee charged is exactly three times for one applicant.
I’ve submitted form that they provided for a refund, it’s eventually submitted after more than 5 tries, but haven’t heart anything from them yet.

Do no visit Indonesia yntil they impose strict animal rights protection. Abuse of bany Monkeys is coming from this country and is not being stopped. Choose another country with higher animal welfare standards.

Scam, really disappointed, can't trust anyone.

This website charge me AUD $150 without notice and shown 95% not successful, also send me email from info@indonesia-touristguide. Seem overchage!
I can not cancel my application during the process when discovered it will take longer than when I begin my travel to Indonesia.
I wrote email and received refund about $148 back.
In the end ,I apply visa on arrival, it cost about AUD $50 in total but you need to pay cash and about 40 mins to queue. Good luck!

Scam. They are based in Sydney, Australia. They will over charge your account by hundreds.

This website overcharges you for a Indonesian / Bali visa. Its very secretive about the price which was apparently $99 USD, but actually charged me $124 USD - its not affiliated with any official government website and you put in all of your personal information in before they tell you the price.

This company is a scam. They charged triple price for e-Visa promising to deliver in 1 day, 2 day max and they did not. Not responsive, no names in standard email messages. Had to cancel and reorder a-Visa elsewhere. They would not cancel per my request!

Never Trust them! I paid 312 dollars, to get my visa in 1 or 2 days and they just disappeared!!!! Not answering Emails, they don't have even contact number!!! They 🐀 RAT, steal your money and run!!!!
