Awful ! Assembly service via Amazon.
Tuesday 8am schedule - no show but say they will come in the afternoon as my address doesn’t suit their schedule
Tuesday afternoon - no show
Next schedule Thursday morning - no show
Next schedule Friday morning - no show
Next schedule Friday afternoon - no show

I called Amazon 3 times and they contacted Indus to resolve but still Indus couldn’t be bothered to show up.
I spent Tuesday, Wednesday , Thursday and Friday calling and whatsapping. Utterly pointless as they don’t respond to most but when they do they just say there was an emergency or you live too far .
1. Don’t sell your service if you don’t like the location
2. Don’t tell lies of emergencies - it’s a go to excuse with no trusty behind it .

Amazon should cancel their contract with this non service provider that are very happy to take payment but not provide !

Also - when I booked them direct they turned up but via Amazon this was my experience so they clearly have no care or interest in the Amazon contract!

Same experience as the previous reviewer. Been waiting three days for a TV to be installed which is purchased via Amazon. no communication from The provider. I have called seven times and was told that they’ll call back each time. Still don’t have a time for installation yet. Had a similar experience previously with a washing machine installation. Amazon should stop working with this company.

I booked home services through Amazon to have a TV installed. I took time off from work especially for the appointment but the installation team did not arrive. No courtesy call or anything!! I waited over an hour and called Amazon’s contractor Indus. Firstly the person I spoke to could barely converse in English. From what I could understand they said they will call me back. However, nobody called me so I called them back, only to have the phone put down on me. Every time I called them, they put the phone down on me.
Therefore please avoid this company at all costs! They are unreliable, unprofessional & do not have the ability to communicate and resolve any issues

Unfortunately, this provider was completely unprofessional. I booked an electrical service through Amazon, and Amazon sent this company. The staff were disrespectful and arrived unprepared without any materials. I offered to provide the necessary items within 5 minutes, yet they insisted on leaving for another job instead. They also arrived two hours later than the agreed time, failing to honor their commitment. Before even coming, they requested photos of the tasks via WhatsApp, which felt unprofessional. The entire process was poorly managed and highly amateur. I have received a refund from Amazon, but I am disappointed that Amazon works with such a provider. I will also be leaving the same feedback directly with Amazon.
