Easy to order - delivered to local store and collection simple.

Good prompt service but some damage in transit
Order needed to be adjusted due to original supplier stock shortage, this was handled very well and was even able to add additional items.
However several of the cladding panels arrived damaged! It was not possible to ascertain whether this damage occurred during IMS transport or after transfer to local distributor.

I used this firm a few times with work and purchasing steel through work for fabrication jobs. No problems and easy to deal with. Have also used them for private jobs for myself and ordered steel for delivery at home address, again all good 👍🏻

Two missed delivery dates
Two missed delivery dates, no one knew what was going on and the item was supposed to be shot blasted and primed. By the time it got to me it barely had any primer left on it. Used the company as they are local, would look elsewhere next time.
