Absolutely shocking. Sizing is totally wrong. Totally unable to return the 3 pairs of trousers I bought as they won't give me a return address, instead they suggested that I sell them to friends! Avoid at all costs, or loose your money.

this is my second pair of this model shoe. they are super comfortable with great arch and heal support for cross training.
I don't know where to begin...first, these sneakers look far more beautiful in person. Second, they fit perfectly. I wear size 8 1/2 WW, which is what I ordered. So, they are true to size and have great support! it is very difficult for me to find shoes that are stylish, are a perfect fit, and offer great support...these fit all those requirements.
Order was processed, confirmed, and delivered to the wrong address. Order was correct at the time of purchase as it was by credit card so needed to match the billing address. The company were not interested in helping and wanted me to claim against the delivery company, even though it wasnt the fault of the courier. As it stands I don't have the product I ordered.
It seems very short sighted that they would rather have an upset customer over less than £40, rather than resolve the dispute.
