Poor customer service and inconsistent sizing…

I ordered a raincoat from this company in the same size as the winter coat I already have. The winter coat fits perfectly but the raincoat is too small. Because I ordered this coat on sale (it was still $160) the company will not exchange it. If sizes are differ depending on style, there should be a different size guide. I reached out to Indyeva and they did not give me the courtesy of a response. Very poor customer service.
