The man that came to move my stuff was very friendly which made me feel relaxed instead of stressed. He was very careful with my items

You get contact numbers for the people supposedly responsible for picking up your items (LDN Courier & Removal Service Ltd.), but they are so flaky. Didn't pick up the item on the day that was booked, then we can't get in touch with them on the number given.
Hire a van yourself it is cheaper and more reliable.
We are disputing payment via bank transfer.
This is a genuine review from a very disillusioned member of the public.

I was worried after having read some negative reviews here but I had a great experience with them.
I had a sofa picked up from London and delivered to my house in Buckinghamshire with no issues at all. The man was very polite and it all went well. I'd recommend them.

Terrible -paid £100 in advance for a driver to collect and move a sofa within Oxford. And hour into the collection window, a subcontracted driver called to tell me that he is refusing to send any of his guys because this company is a fraud and they never pay his invoices. There is then no email address nor incoming phone number to contact I Need A Van Man, and their chat bot is turned off. I have taken the day off work, as has the item recipient. I've also dismantled the item ready for collection and have nowhere to move it to myself. What a total sham.

On time fast helpful van man he just got on with the job.

This service caused more stress than help.They didn’t follow instructions properly and kept mixing items from different rooms.
By the end, everything was a mess and took hours to rearrange.

I was provided with a live tracking link to monitor the entire course of the journey (both arrival at start and approach to destination). They arrived very punctually, took great care with all items, making sure that everything was safely packed into the van for transport, and were friendly as well.

I was crying when the van men arrived as my girlfriend had stole my money, belongings and then left me with the lease. they then stole my xbox (captured on cctv) and then lied to my elderly family member that everything had been moved, then lied to me and said he'd seen everything be taken away (my relative had never been shown an "empty van" again as shown on cctv.)

customer service was useless and asked me to contact the police instead who of course did nothing.

please do not use this service. they saw a young woman crying her eyes out and used that as permission to steal an Xbox. lowest of the low.

The men were very helpful and done all that was asked of them.

I paid £103 for a sofa to be collected and delivered by 2 people 22 miles.

I was allocated a driver who didn’t contact me with a rough idea of time for delivery on the day, so I contacted him through the link on the email I was sent by ‘I need a van man’

He said he was collecting his friend to help with the delivery. He never showed, the link altered to ‘allocating driver’ during the time it was supposed to be delivered. The company didn’t send an email to say the delivery was cancelled or suggest rescheduling or a refund. I am now awaiting a reply on their live chat which I sent 40 minutes ago. Really disappointed and myself and another have been inconvenienced

Do not use!!! They will rip you off with any little extra you add to the van despite their being plenty of room and time.
We was also delayed moving into our new home by 2 hours and was charged an extra £140 for the privilege despite being told before booking there will be no hidden costs or time limits as they are aware delays happen when buying a house.
