I recently purchased a vintage Rolex that arrived in far worse condition than depicted in the pictures and description. I am deeply disappointed by the misleading way they marketed the item to overseas bidders, who could NOT clearly see the condition and relied on their accurate description.
I bought a watch at their auctions . The auction stated that all functions were working correctly for the watch i bid on. It also stated that given the watch was at a remote warehouse( not in their possession) it would be inspected by their watchmaker once they received the watch to ensure it was as described. Once i received the watch it was clear the chronograph function was not working correctly . Subsequently I am 99 % sure the chronograph function was not working before it left the remote warehouse or when it was inspected by their watchmaker . They have not responded to emails .
