Great experience

Great experience. Took my pc that I assembled myself to them because of a power delivery warning on my gpu. The whole experience was flawless, they took care of the issue with exceptional care, changed my cable for free and even mounted a better gpu bracket for safer anti-sag free of charge. Extremely professional staff and amazing updates about the whole process. Very detailed root cause analysis and proper testing. Very generous and definitely surpassed my expectations. I would highly recommend inet! They elevated so much anxiety from me by top-notch service!!
Also have to mention the staff is extremely knowledgeable, from the phone service and store front all the way to the lab. Couldn’t be happier!!

3+ months wait for a simple PC repair.

Never turn in your PC for repair to Inet, took them 3 months to finish the repair and when i got my PC back, the new parts were installed very carelessly and one of the screws for the glass panel was missing. And when I turned it on, it sounded like a drilling machine because the parts were installed incorrectly. So I had to turn it back in AGAIN after 3 months of waiting. Then the only compensation they were willing to offer for the troubles was a gift card. I'm still hearing some weird sounds from my PC but I can't be bothered to work with Inet again.

Good VPS for the Chicago location

I opted for the Chicago location with 8 GB ram, as it was essential for me to have this exact location. I had some trouble with deploying my web application and needed to hire a sysadmin for this. But the web hosting part works perfectly.

A complicated order, handled perfectly

Earlier this year, I ordered a monitor from Inet. After first providing the wrong address and later changing my mind about the purchase, the situation became more complicated than expected. Throughout the entire process, however, Inet was exceptionally helpful, and everything ultimately worked out well for both sides. Their support truly went above and beyond, and because of that, I’ll gladly order from them again.

Components with known issues, zero flexibility

Some of their pre-made gaming PC's have PSU and GPU known for issues, ticking, bearings, fan squeels. Yet they still sell them and have zero flexibility to exchange those to other components. Instead they want you to pay another 9000:- + and buy those components yourself on top of your new "quality build PC".

I get that swapping of components in a "packaged" product is a problem, however problem is that you still sell PC's with crappy components to begin with.

new feature is good

They've got a very good feature on their website to find VPS by Data Center city, not country. I have 9 VPS machines here, and for the latest order, it was very easy to find the location I needed. Good one!

Great repair customer experience.

Great repair customer experience.
I bought a 32-inch monitor 1.5 years ago, and it suddenly stopped working. I decided to send it back under warranty.

The process was very simple. I just logged into the website, filed a report, and they sent me a PostNord label.

They repaired it and shipped it back super quickly. The only issue is that there are new scratches on some non-visible parts of the screen. However, I’m happy it works again!

Probably not the best place to buy hyped hardware, nice store otherwise

I decided to change the vendor of my new PC and the reviews of inet.se seemed good.

Taking into account the upcoming release of new GPU generation, I made my homework and premade a build in the computer builder (which has an intuitive interface and is very easy to use!) the day before, without just the GPU.

I the morning of the day of start of sales, I went to the retail shop and double checked with the staff on compatilibity and ordering process.

So at 3:00PM the GPUs were dropped. I immediately buy the mid-priced one, understanding that the cheapest might go before I complete the order. And voila, by 3:02PM the order is paid, at 3:03PM I receive the confirmation by email.

And this is when suspiciously strange stuff happens.
I my profile it showed that everything is OK but chassis is not in stock (which contradicted the website where it showed 50+ available), so I approached support in chat to ask about that. By 3:15 I reached support who checked the order and casually mentioned that "everything is allocated except for GPU".
When I refreshed the personal page, it started showing that the order is "partially booked" with GPU arriving in late June.

To sum it up - not just at the time of payment, but also afterwards, the system showed that everything was booked. But around 3:15 my GPU was suddenly allocated to "someone who purchased it earlier". Obviously, the GPU was no longer available online anywhere in Sweden by that time, so support agent kindly suggested to cancel the order.

I sincerely hope that inet.se's representatives will investigate this - I don't think that modern retail systems need 10-15 minutes for updating the booking queue. Not a big fan of accusations, but it really looks like "someone needed that GPU more than I did", and even if the store systems are that slow (which I find hard to believe) - taking 40k kronor while falsely advertising that a product is available without availability check at the time of purchase is very customer-unfriendly, in my opinion. This led to me falsely assuming that I, well, bought a GPU and missing an opportunity to buy it elsewhere - I did that in the first minute of sales, while it was still available on many other websites.

UPDATE: I was approached several times by some senior people (who confirmed they also saw the review here), that confirmed they investigated and the system malfunctioned, and offered some form of compensation. I reiterated that I don't need any, and that my review is about systems, and selling approach, and will stand. Was still offered some sort of compensation.

Today I saw on their website that for the new GPU launch in March, they will be releasing them one by one instead of mass sales, because of low stock. That is an honest approach (and despite that news went viral I don't think they were shooting themselves in the leg with being honest). Although I'd say the quote "like we did with the other card releases" is not entirely true, I am happy to see that the company is not selling something they are unable to deliver, and I hope that my review play a tiny role in that. Good job, inet.se (you're still not getting a 5 unless you invent time travel and make me not go through that experience, sorry).

Probably the best store for computer parts in Sweden but support can be a mixed bag. I'm extremely disappointed

On this & other sites like Sweclockers you can read the raving reviews.
This is something I used to agree with because Inet is a great store with a great selection & in general a very helpful support.
It's something I would still have agreed with until my latest experience where I really got to test their support.

To make a now more then 2 months long story that is still ongoing short:

Back in November 2024 I was thinking about building a new computer for my home office. A very high end enthusiast workstation.
There where a lot of good black friday deals going around and Inet had some especially excellent ones that made me decide it was time to start buying components.
Before buying anything I always do extensive research. In this case there was a technical detail regarding one of the components that could be a deal breaker.
The technical information Inet had listed on their site was very clear but to make extra sure there would be no issues I decided to contact their support for verification.
The component arrived and sadly it turned into an issue. The component was not what was advertised.

In any normal case you just return the component & get your money back. Done deal. Inet has excellent service in cases like this.
Sadly it was not that simple because I was sitting there with almost a whole system worth of components of black friday deals from different resellers.

This is where the very long story really starts but to keep it short and focused on the important bits:

I had to go through a long struggle with Inet support to prove I was right, start support tickets with the manufacturer to prove my point and in total spend well over a workday worth of my time.
It turned out the revision of the component is not even released in the EU yet. We had discussions about alternatives but because of my technical requirements the situation was difficult.
There where also delays from several days from up to over a week and I had to send some reminders. We finally came to a solution with a replacement but it would not arrive until late March.
Inet support found a product from another costumer that never picked it up. They told me it was new with light cosmetic damage to the box.
Product arrives and the damage is not cosmetic. Turns out the product had sustained a heavy impact that penetrated the box and dented the product. Since the product is a power supply damage could be anything from cosmetic to internal damage.
Manufacturer of product said it should never have been shipped in this condition. Now I'm waiting for a replacement & this whole case is still not fully resolved.

I have been building computers for decades & Inet has always been one of the top stores in Sweden & maybe even THE top store for computer parts right now depending on who you ask.
To Inet's credit they have a heavy costumer focus & always try to do their best to make the costumer happy. That's why I find this whole situation unacceptable.

My advice to Inet would be to look into what went wrong with the verification process of the technical information on their website & also look into the process that allowed a damaged product to be shipped.

I'm giving the score of 1 because Inet gave me incorrect information putting me in this situation, all time I had to spend with support + all the waiting and finally for sending me a damaged product.

A Store with Misleading Information and Poor Service

My experience with Inet has unfortunately been disappointing, and this is not the first time I’ve encountered problems with their services.

Recently, I purchased a product during a promotional period where both Nvidia and ASUS offered games as part of the deal. In the store, I was informed that I would receive codes for both the Nvidia and ASUS games. However, after the purchase, it turned out this was not true, and I only received a code for the ASUS game. When I contacted customer support, I was told it was a "misunderstanding" and that the Nvidia game was not included. Their website simply mentioned "Game included" without specifying which game, making the promotion unclear and misleading.

Additionally, I previously used their service to build a computer. We paid extra for them to assemble and test the computer to ensure it worked without issues. Despite this, the computer had critical problems when we received it, forcing us to return it for servicing. It took nearly a month before the issues were resolved.

Based on these experiences, I feel that Inet has significant issues with communication and service. I expect higher standards from a retailer like Inet and am hesitant to use their services again.

Update:
After posting my review, I was contacted by Inet and got the help I needed. I was able to redeem the game, so everything’s sorted now.

Built my first gaming pc

Built my first gaming pc, and did so with their help.
The price was a great one, using some black friday discounts, and they've put it together and sent it in the time they said they will.
On arrival, I noticed that the cooler tower was Extremely bent. This was due to transportation, whom most likely threw the box around, as they do...
Customer support has been amazing and understanding. I took the pc to one of their shops, where one day later, they had it fixed. Cooler AND motherboard were changed, as they were both damaged.

It's amazing to have the level of support and confidence that they provide. I am very happy with everything!

Not a big selection

Not a big selection, but a good store, with excellent support and service.
It has become very expensive, even free shipping makes their prices incomparable with competitors. So unfortunately I made my last purchases in other stores.

Shipping issues

Generally had a great experience with their physical stores but the online experience is unacceptable.

I ordered a PC case for a new build at the end of September, but PostNord never delivered it. After less than a week of waiting for the delivery, it was automatically returned without ever being available for pickup.

While I was refunded the value of the case, I was charged a 150 SEK return fee. When I asked support about this, they told me to order again and promised to refund the fee. I have yet to receive said refund and at this point don't ever expect to receive it.

Can't exactly trust an online store that can't deal with minor shipping issues (especially when caused by their shipping partners rather than being the customer's fault).

Edit: I have since received a refund of the shipping fees as a direct result of writing this review (nearly two weeks after contacting support). Leaving a bad review should not be necessary though so I will keep the review as-is.

Inet used to be one of the best…

Inet used to be one of the best electronic stores and you could fined everything you wanted from a screw to you name it. now giving them 1 star is too much. no service and really bad quality products. also your paying way too much the prices are just nonsense!.

there are way better options and prices of same products out there.
