Advertised a different version of the game I looked for but didn't show any unstanding that there is a difference. Support even failed to understand the wikipedia article which explained the difference . Of course I did not get any refund...
Got a code and had to verify by text. Fine. Had to verify by waiting for them to call me. BS. After about an hour I got an email with a code, said code was "global" except for half the countries in the world apparently. They stopped messaging in the middle of a conversation, so i used a vpn and got it working. The next day, they told me to use a vpn, of course. Would have got 5 stars if you would have sent that one extra email before leaving work for the day. Otherwise, seems to be a fine company with fine customer service. I wouldn't be wary unless you want your game immediately, but it's your first time signing up.
It took several emails with the customer support and more than 8 hours until i got my key. I'm never gonna buy here again.
