Been using the service for 10 months now on their 5GB per month plan, no bad connectivity or speed experiences. As good as the other carriers I have used in the past like T-Mobile, Visible, ATT with half the cost. Had the pleasure of talking to Abi today as I wanted to recharge using cybermonday deals. He answered all the questions , helped me verify how my recharge will be added to existing, and did not push for me to upgrade to any other plans either.

I had some pretty serious issues and it was on my phones end. Jack, Alex, a woman and another guy (can't remember their names, sorry about that) at Infimobile were all very helpful They have helped me through a phone transfer and a connectivity issue. Now they're working on resolving me being able to use their service while traveling internationally. Its nice to know that there are still CS agents and departments willing to make sure customers are happy and their service is fully functioning. Thank you very much Infimobile. I don't normally leave reviews but I believe this was warranted. Again. Thank you!

It took us about 3 hours total to get both our issues resolved. After the first hour, I got my phone number passed on to my new one, at last after dealing with 2 people. For the next 2 hours, however, we worked to fix a mistake we had made on the process of switching sims. Thankfully, our customer service rep this time, Sharon, was the best you could ask for. She was with us every step of the way and was the one who able to finally get the issues resolved and send us on our way. It took a while, but we finally got it done.

I needed some help with my sign-up process because I had tried to port-in a number for a small MVNO that no longer existed. I called and was connected to a rep very quickly. Danny was very helpful and patient, explaining the process and the options we had to move forward. I decided to get a new number, since I only use the line as a data boost. Very smooth experience overall, and awesome support!

The agent responded fast and was knowledgeable. Unfortunately I cannot specify Verizon as the preferred carrier on the website, at least for the Black Friday special plans. I will need to pay a network switch fee after the plan is activated.

I have been using Infimobile for 1 year now on the 10GB Unlimited 12 months $99 plan which expired on 11-21-25. About 10 days prior to the expiration date I tried to recharge for another 10GB Unlimited 12 months $99 plan, however, my debit Mastercard payment failed. I tried many times with my debit Mastercard as well as with my wife's debit Mastercard and it failed. I called customer service and she walked me through the same online account recharge payment and it failed many times. She then sent me an email invoice to pay $103.18 and both my payment as well as my wife's payment failed. Two days later I tried to recharge but again both of my payment methods failed. After many tries with customer service on the phone, I was able to have a successful payment using the invoice sent by email. I think I that I had to press the PAY button a second time after the failed payment message, for it to succeed. During that timeframe I was able to purchase several items online from other companies and my payments were successful. One can conclude that it was Infimobile's payment processing failures and has nothing to do with my two debit Mastercards. I spent several hours on those two days with customer service on the phone trying to resolve the payment failed message. I must have tried to submit my payment many times. That was two weeks ago and I was able to recharge and continue using Infimobile. BTW, there is nothing wrong with either my debit Mastercard or my wife's debit Mastercard as we both have been using them successfully to purchase many other things online and at stores.
I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER. I wasted more than 5 hours two weeks ago on the phone with customer service rep Jessy (Shenigarapu Ramya) because I tried to recharge for another 10GB Unlimited 12 months $99 plan. My payment kept on getting failed and it was because of Infimobile's payment processing failure and not due to my debit Mastercard payment card. During that time I used the same debit Mastercard to make several other online purchases from other companies and I did not have any problems. It was only by accident that my payment was finally accepted after many and many failed payment attempts. I think I that I had to press the PAY button a second time after the failed payment message, and somehow by luck, it suceeded. Infimobile customer support and tech support did not help me to resolve the payment failed problem. Now you want to waste more of my time doing this security verification BS? The only reason I am providing the information below is because I don't want to loose my phone number +1 xxx xxx xxxx. I should have ported out my phone number to another carrier like Tello before my previous 12 months plan expired instead of trying to do a recharge. I will let everybody know about my aweful experience with Infimobile.
THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL BE USING INFIMOBILE.
