Avi was very helpful over the phone. He was patient and explained things in a clear way.
However, Infimobile refused to accept the IMEI of a newly purchased phone despite it being compatible with T-MOBILE network.
Thus, I had to cancel my service with them and migrate to a more flexible provider. I had been a customer since early 2024 and I would have remained their customer if they could accept my new phone which is technically able to work o T-Mobile network.

The initial activation cost $7 extra. The standard eSIM activation failed, and no new eSIM from Infimobile was ever installed on my phone. When I contacted customer support, the agent advised me to delete the existing eSIM. After I did so, they claimed that I had deleted both the old carrier eSIM and a new one—but in reality, there was only one eSIM on the device, belonging to my previous carrier. Despite my explanations, they continued to insist that I had removed both.
Since I needed my number urgently, I ended up paying an additional $7 to receive a new eSIM. Fortunately, the new one worked this time.

Very worst customer service, if you run through any issues like if you want to swap from esim to physical or physical to esim its not gonna be easy..they will ask you to pay 7$ for physical sim or esim..and the technical department they dont have any prior experience how to trouble shoot if they ran into a problem while porting your number from another provider, i had some issues while porting in and the qr code they sent it didn't work and took 24 to 48hours nothing will be done,they will strat blaming on the customer that we did somethingwrong while scanning the qr code ..so be very careful when choosing this company..I tgink the owner and ceo Kiran Suram does not focus on customer satisfaction and service,only money minded..they won't last long...disastrous company.. lot of money is gone with this company only looting..careful..
Very important in case if you didn't like their service and you looking to port out your number, its not going to be easy, they will ask you to send an email, but you never get any response, other network providers offer very easy port out process..I have been here with them for a month and I feel iam going to port out soon, if I face any issues while porting out I will sue their company iam already having a conversation with my attorney if I face any complications..
