Avi was a great help to get me to where I wanted to go. Service was great and I wouldn't mind coming back.

Very little, almost no, wait for phone support. Very polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and not at all rushed.

David was great and helped me with my invoice renewal. This will be my families second year and rarely have received any issues in services.

I experienced some technical glitches on the Infimobile website while attempting to purchase a 5GB plan, but switching to the 10GB plan allowed the transaction to go through. Although I hit another snag during the self-service porting process on my unlocked iPhone, the chat support team was outstanding. They requested my account details and finalized the activation in less than 10 minutes. While the website's functionality is frustrating, the support staff is efficient and helpful as long as you have your porting information ready. Website and support asked for IMEI2 that might sound weird when some other MVO carriers can use IMEI(1), so input or provide IMEI 2 in any case, even your phone uses 2 eSIMs (digital)

So far, so great! I had my husband's annual service up and running within 45 minutes and that included several stupid mistakes that I made when activating (nothing to do with the company, just I have a brain injury so I made mistakes: ie: forgot to click that I was porting a number in, etc.). I had to call Infimobile to help me finish the activation process and that couldn't have gone smoother. Jack, the customer care representative I dealt with, was so patient, well informed, diligent, smart, kind, and delightful! What a breath of fresh air the customer care was compared with the care offered by other inexpensive annual plan providers (including Boost, Redpocket, Total Wireless and Cricket).

Most importantly, the actual cellular data service thus far is excellent! Lightening fast 5G (with a Infimobile's supplied Verizon SIM card), wow...and the actual phone connection is quick and clear.

I'm going to leave Redpocket at the end of my plan and switch to Infimobile cause this is just an absurdly amazing plan for the price (I think it comes to something like 12 bucks a month for 15 gigs of data and unlimited talk and text)! I was expecting non-existent customer care for that price but then Jack was a prince among customer care reps!

One awesome offer I saw when signing up was a $5 per month add-on for international calling (my husband is from UK and has elderly parents who aren't web-savvy so this is perfect for us).

When everything is so unstable and unpleasant lately (US keeps bombing countries left and right and then protecting crazed genocidal maniacs), the little things (like humane, excellent customer care) help make life a little more inhabitable. Thanks so much, Jack and Infimobile.

I was very upset yesterday while trying to activate the new eSIM card, but this morning Avi did a great job. He was patient and kind, helped resolve the problem, and made the number transfer smooth. Five stars for him

Went to activate 5 SIMs I purchased from AMazon, the first went smoothly, then when I went to activate the second the issues began. Everytime I tried to activate the next SIM while logged in, the site would log me out and ask me for all of the information, IMEI, ICCID, etc. but then it wanted me to create an entire new account! I contact their "support", the English was broken, they took forever to respond, and the advice they gave me, just use the same email and password to create a new account, and while that did not make sense, I should not have to cerate a new account for a family account, but I followed their advice. Lo and behold, not only was I unable to activate the second SIM, I am now locked out of the account and cannot even reset the password.

I asked for a supervisor and was told they would contact me back shortly, 2 days later, I am still waiting!

Port out was very easy via chat. It took <10 mins to get my acct # and port out pin
