I want to give a special shout-out to Alastair, their representative. Unlike other companies I spoke with, he is a "no-nonsense" salesman who actually listens to what the customer needs rather than just pushing a standard package. Additionally, I received a very competitive price compared to other quotes I had gathered. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Geraldine in Customer Service for her excellent coordination of the entire process.
The process was well-coordinated: the panel installation was carried out first, followed by the electrical work. Both teams did a clean, professional job. The electricians were particularly thorough; they covered all the cables in my storage room with masking panels, and it looks incredibly neat and aesthetically pleasing. We had a minor issue on the roof during the panel installation, but the team addressed it promptly and effectively.
