I’m sheltered so bought this so that my carer can work on cataloging my photos remotely. Firstly,I couldn’t find any activation code. Apparently, it’s the same as my Order No, but I don’t have that anywhere. I’m an artist many of my photos are High resolution Tiffs or Photoshop. Now I learn that the device does not copy either of these. Furthermore, although it copies all other photos - eg jpegs - it replaces the titles with gobbledygook! Very disappointed .

We were going to buy a Photo stick unit, but after reading the reviews from Pc Magazines we decided to get this I/Kloud...BIG mistake, took ages to get here (Australia) then could not get it to work, no activation code supplied, contacted their support & received code, PC said ready to use, but can't open it no matter what I do, have spent hrs trying to get it to work ! but have given up, should have got the Photo Stick, the support people have replied to all my e mails, but I don't think the product is any good.

Would give zero or minus stars if I could. I cancelled the order, and I am still trying to get a return address and a refund from them more than 2 weeks later. Do not touch them.

I ordered one and kept getting an error message saying your order is not complete and when you click on that, it duplicates your order. When calling within a few minutes to cancel, they said both products had already been shipped (despite the 4 week stated delivery time) so they wouldn't cancel my orders. Added to that the devices do NOT work as advertised - it took over 32 hours and still not completed or in the folders they promise it will. Have been emailing them asking for a return address and only after 6 attempts have I got one in the Netherlands (??). Absolutely dreadful company to deal with so save your money - I've lost £116 so far!

DO NOT BUY When I ordered I paid £8.95 for postage. I waited 2 months and got a card from Royal Mail saying I had to pay £11.19 customs fees. I contacted the company who offered me 20 per cent off so I paid for the delivery. Wish I hadn’t bothered coz when I plugged it in nothing happened. The company won’t answer my emails and said they cannot refund.

I've now received my Infinitikloud SD's after 9 weeks. I believe that reporting to ACCC and Trustpilot did the trick. I now need to test them. Watch this space!!

Do NOT hand money to this company. FRAUDULENT! Paid $130 in full 6 March. No product received. 16 weeks!! Every email has generic ‘COVID is delaying deliveries...’ but I ordered a rug from Italy just 10 days ago and long delivered. No personal response. No customer support. Info at infinitikloudofficial dot com does not exist - contact for their NZ operation. FRAUDULENT!

Infinitikloud do not make it clear that the prices are in US dollars. Even though you've chosen the Australian website. I ordered 2 of tgere 128GB units on 13-05-20. I received a confirmation of order showing a higher price (AU$'s) I tried to query this at the support email address, no answer. The confirmation email said I'd get a tracking number next, never came! I tried the Sydney phone number several times, always goes to voicemail. They office address is in Hong Kong!! I've now reported to ACCC. Almost 8 weeks now. I've received items from USA and UK quicker during the Covid-19 crisis. No excuses. It looks like a major scam to me. Please investigate.
