This company have been managing 4 of my properties for almost 6 years now and, although I am probably the most demanding client, they have always exceded my expectations and nothing was too much for them to keep me happy. They are very easy to contact and always look after whatever my tennents or I need with a smile.

If you value your money and being treated fairly then I'd highly suggest avoiding this particular letting agency. My flatmate and I rented from them for just under 7 years, and whenever an issue arose, more times than not they were completely incompetent at managing our problems.

Furthermore, they attempted to deduct our entire security deposit for reasons such as (in their words) "redecoration", and fixing problems we made them aware of early in our tenancy. The move out process was particularly difficult as I feel they were purposefully being difficult for the sake of being difficult (particularly Stephanie). An example of this is trying to charge us for a mattress I had left that was in much better shape than the one provided in our tenancy that was covered in various stains. After I advised I was happy to collect the mattress, they were less than helpful and advised they would not spare us 10 minutes to enter the property and collect it.

Thankfully the company holding our deposit did not rule entirely in their favour and we got what I believe to be a fair amount for our deposit back. Happy we were not the only ones to see how ludicrous their check out report was.

Based on previous replies from earlier reviews, I have no doubt that they'll reply to this review in an attempt to condescendingly devalue my critiques, we'll wait and see. hopefully this review can at least warn potential renters of how poorly this company will treat you, please avoid.

We had a great experience moving into our new property thanks to Sharon Weatherhead at Infinity Properties. She was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and always quick to respond to emails and answered all our questions promptly. Sharon was pleasant to deal with and made everything feel easy and stress-free. I’d highly recommend her and Infinity Properties.

Property was well maintained, any problems with appliances etc were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Accommodating with move out procedures that allowed for flexible viewings. Good communication and easy move in/move out procedure. Would recommend.

Stephanie and the entire team were professional and helpful throughout my tenancy. All matters were dealt with quickly and efficiently.
At the end of my tenancy,the deductions were kept to a minimum and were fair and honest. I can't recommend Infiniti enough.

Myself and my flatmates had a great experiencing whilst renting with Infiniti properties for two years. Any issues were fixed with urgency and there was always someone contactable. A special mention to Anne for being so helpful and making the move out process seamless.

Our experience was amazing, Sharon was quick at replying and very informative with all the information we needed. She answered all our questions and allowed the experience to be stress free. We had been looking for a flat to rent for months and went through many different letting agents that had such poor communication, so to have such good communication was great and overall would recommend to anyone looking to rent.

Recently used Infiniti properties to move into a flat and it was great. Staff was lovely and answered my thousand questions and helped during move in.

Infiniti managed my 3 flats in Oatlands between 2015 and 2024 when I sold the last ones, and always provided great service to me as a landlord and to my tenants. I would highly recommend them.

Terrible communication with maintenance orders, waited 2 weeks to get busted pipe fixed, I was manager for 14 years till this Katz property took over, looks for a way to take your security deposit, nobody gets it back, no matter how much you clean up.

Very happy with the communication with Infiniti, Sharon has always responded quickly to all questions asked and made the process go smoothly. We are now moved in and everything is going well :)

I have rented from Infiniti Properties since May 2016 and I continue to rent from them. They are in all honesty fantastic to deal with and the best letting agency out there. Over this period any time I have needed any maintenance done to the property they have responded and resolved any issues within a day. The whole letting process has always been very smooth and time efficient.

My dealings have always been with Anne, and she is fantastic. She has always been so helpful, understanding and supportive and I would recommend them as the best agency in Glasgow.
