Avoid - they prey on start ups.
As a startup - I hired Infinity 22 to assist with a capital raise. This included preparing the docs, obtaining the valuation and then running the raise with their network of investors.
They are only interested in being paid. You pay 50% up front and the final 50% upon delivery of the final documents. They charged me early for the final delivery - even though the documents were incomplete/incorrect. The minute I did make the final payment all communication ceased. No deal room, no raise and no response.
When I took the documents out on my own - the response was concerning. Several suggested I had been misled by Infinity22, no one believed the valuation and the general concesus was that my company was not a viable prospect. Infinity knew this - they had documented the issues. They took my money anyway.
They also took a year to do this - at times no communication for 12 weeks at a time. This added to my losses. It tied up my money, prevented me from taking other actions and encouraged me to focus on an outcome that was never going to come to fruition. which they knew.
Avoid them - they're just after your money.
I also used them for ESIC and the Tax R&D process. No issues with those processes to date - but they are run by different teams.
I asked for a refund and got a lot of excuses. Have had to file in the small claims court - which is the last thing I need.
