Pre-ordered an item in December 2025 and paid the balance in January 2026. Chased twice and got standard responses saying warehouse being reorganised etc. Chased twice more with no response. Now item shows as cancelled and refunded but I have not been notified or had my money back. Will be raising a dispute with PayPal

Pre ordered items back in 2025 and PAID for it total £58.02 for 2 items and postage via paypal, I randomly contacted them for an update in March 2026 after logging in and seeing my order has been cancelled with no communication. No response. Still no refund or contact as of April 2026, I don't know what happened but seems I have been scammed out of my money, absolutely fuming as the site seemed legit. Looking into options to get my money back from you thieving pos!!! STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU ENJOY PAYING FOR AIR AND BURNING YOUR MONEY FOR NOTHING, WEBSITE IS NOT LEGIT!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They either don't exist or are a complete scam that just take your money. My order never arrived - I reached out numerous times to the info@infinitycollectables email - never received a response. This website should be shut down!

Got great service from a loveable experience on the whatnot live, got three different products containing my favourite anime and tv show items at a low price. Will be attending every live possible for every bargain I get I love them!

Absolutely awful, no order recieved. Sent several emails no communication.
Taken payment and no order recieved.

Also not a real royalmail tracking number.

Should've read the reviews before buying off a site I've never been to before. Ordered two figures almost a week ago and paid for express shipping...crickets...emailed them asking when they'll be dispatched and no answer.

If I don't get a refund for IC36112148 I'll be doing a chargeback with my bank as waiting a week for dispatch with no answer to emails is ridiculous and unprofessional.

Ordered two toys for my son worth £90 in January 2025. They haven’t come a year on and no response when I’ve emailed infinity collectables for refund. I have emailed all year and nothing.

Ordered some bubbles from here Spider-Man ones for my son, after reading all these comments it’s clear there not going to turn up as I’ve contacted them and not heard back thought was strange to not be shipped by now I think il have contact my bank to get this charge revered next time think I need look into websites I order from as clearly this is scammers

Pre-ordered a set of Funko pop figures. Cost me £60. Nothing ever arrived. Sent multiple emails which have been ignored. Disgusting, thieving scammers. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
Company is registered to Kameron Singh Sidhu. I'm counting in the universe to give him the life he deserves. He should be investigated for fraud and theft.

Awful company. Pre ordered a Funko Pop in June 2025, meant to arrive in a month, didn’t receive. Sent an email in October as still hadn’t received and was told it hadn’t been released yet even though I had seen it in other shops. It’s now May 2026, still haven’t received it and won’t respond to my multiple emails. Basically have stolen my money. Please don’t order from this company!

SCAM DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SEND YOU THE ITEM PURCHASED (2 Supernatural Funko pops purchased in November 2025), THEN IGNORE YOU AND BLOCK YOU ON SOCIAL MEDIA (Tiktok and Instagram) WHEN YOU TRY TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THEM TO GRT A REFUND. Had to contact the bank and finally got my money back 6 months later.

I pre-ordered items for Christmas 2025 and they didn't arrive. Because if was a pre-order, it was outside the time frame to claim back through my bank.

ordered an item in july 2025, have yet to receive it as of april 2026. they responded to initial communication and then nothing since.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered back in December 2024, the collectable I ordered was taking a while which was expected as its a collectable but thought id email to see if there's an update, waited months for a reply, to be told it'll be with my in the next 2 months, 6 months go buy, emailed again to be ignored, and again and again and again, got a reply eventually told id have it by september still nothing come December, tried emailing again for them to say a SCREENSHOT of my account with the order number price etc was incorrect (bare in mind it straight from my account and proof of purchase was given. Then was told id would have it in the next month. I email them again and tell them I will put it forward to my bank to issue a refund and get fraud team involved, still no reply, check my account today and my order has now been cancelled, no refund, no correspondence nothing. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Update - reported to trading standards and will be investigated

I am still waiting for my Raven figure ordered 24.05.24, order number 1489670 for £224.99 and they don't respond to recorded delivery letters and their online forms for refunds
You should be banned from trading, having a website and carry on selling to poor customers getting ripped off at the end, when payments are gone and items are NOT delivered!!!
Infinity collectables ignoring requests for refunds!!!
