Amazing experience all round

Avoid this company like the plague. Complete scammers! I ordered a Christmas present for my son back in November- it is now April and nothing received, They don’t reply to emails and I’m now over £100 down and can’t get my money back. So upsetting.

Terrible, ordered something that was “in stock” 6 months ago and have heard nothing about it since. Sent multiple emails with no replies. Lesson learned, stay away.

Sadly a terrible company. What happened since 2024? I made a preorder back in sept 2024, they were communicating back then, all seemed fine, but the preorder is still not recieved (was due Q1 2026) no updates at all, no replies to any of my emails. Lost money. Now i probably wont be able to get this figure as its also sold out everywhere, "cheers guys". Avoid

If I could give less than one star I would. Awful company and like everyone else says scammers. I WARN ANYONE WHO READ THIS TO NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I luckily had my case resolved, May not be the case with everyone who has ordered from them. I will be reporting them to trading standards as whatever racketeering or scam they are running should stop. And everyone else who has bad experience with them should. Since they changed there website and started selling key-rings among other tat.

Excellent products fast delivery worth every

I have not received my order some 6 months later, nor have I had any communication. I have submitted tickets asking for communication or even just acknowledgement but nothing!!
This is a scam company, do not order anything from them.

As someone else's review said: "Don’t expect your order to arrive or for the company to reply to your emails. [...] I have claimed the money back via my bank. Wish I had read the trustpilot reviews before ordering, terrible company"

This is so true. And they have the audacity to challenge my claim with the bank. The item isn't even on their website anymore and I never got it. I sent emails to three different email addresses that they have and still nothing!

Preorder an item that was constantly delayed on their website. 17 months later it's now been taken offline. I've been emailing trying to get my money back but they don't reply

Scam scam scam. Do not touch this company with a barge pole. Made a pre order months in advance,never sent items or replied. They cancelled the order 5 months after it was made and no refund came through. I got my money back off bank then this company has re claimed the money back in dispute. Now having to proceed further as they do not reply to emails. Scam site run by charlatans and liars. Scum like this should not be allowed to trade

Possibly a scam site, not just an unreliable site but I think it might actually be a scam as I don’t know anyone who has actually received what they ordered especially pre orders, after months of ignoring my emails I took it to my bank and got my money back, they do reply to emails regarding orders before you order though lol
