absolutely horrible. had a pre order for a figure that was set to release in november. it’s now march with no shipping updates (the figure has released everywhere else). i’ve tried to contact customer support twice and heard silence. do not order from here!

The worst experience I have ever had with a company. Zero communication, impossible to get hold of, you never receive your product. Feels like I have been stolen from at this point. Still trying to get my item a year later. My partner had exactly the same problem. Never again

Ordered something for christmas 2025 its now 2026 coming towards end of March and still no item or refund let alone someone speaking to me! Absolutely outrageously and I want to take this legal now!

These streamers are amazing always lots of bargains to be had and always communicate with us... they are so funny I always watch and buy from their shows... if you haven't been on levelup yet WHY haven't you you definitely missing out, i guarantee if you try their stream out you will definitely go back

Terrible experience did an order on 9th January. I sent 3 emails and a message through their website to ask when I would receive my order. The only response I received was one automated response to the message I submitted through the website. I sent an email saying if they had not replied by the following Monday I would contact PayPal to request a refund. On Sunday 15th March paypal sent me a message to say Infinity Collectables had issued me a refund on 15th March 2026. Today 20th March 2026 paypal again contacted me to say the refund did not go through! I contacted paypal opening a case and they issued me a refund. Infinity Collectables never even sent me a cancellation email. Terrible experience would never buy from again.

Started off great but now orders take months. I'm awaiting 4 items paid for since last April. Emailed multiple times no answer or replys. Conned

I placed a pre-order with Infinity Collectables back in April 2025. The item has since been released and is available elsewhere — yet I have received nothing. No product. No update. No explanation.
I have contacted them via email on more than four separate occasions and have been completely ignored every single time. Not even an automated response. Complete radio silence.
This is not how any legitimate business operates. Taking customers’ money for pre-orders and then going dark when the item releases is, frankly, disgraceful. I have no idea if I’m ever going to receive what I paid for, or if I’ll be forced to pursue a chargeback just to get my money back.
Avoid Infinity Collectables at all costs. If something goes wrong with your order, do not expect any customer support whatsoever. I wish I had read reviews before trusting them with my money — learn from my mistake and shop elsewhere.

I ordered a pre order in june 25, due for delivery september 25. I have contacted infinity collectables 5 times, via email and support desk and they have ignored me. Following an LBA (which has also been ignored), im now pursuing charge back and will be raising to trading standards once the paypal resolution is closed. Im happy to provide evidence privately to anyone whos reading this and is concerned with making a purchase.

Beyond terrible. I placed an order early November 2025 and it never shipped, they gave zero updates. It was a pre-order that got delayed numerous times before they simply removed the products from their website. Customer service does not respond and is non-existent, so I won't get a refund for my £100 order. I'll be reporting them to Shopify and for breaching consumer laws, can see others have had the exact same experience.

Don't order, you won't get your products nor your money back. Absolutely fuming after saving all year for Christmas presents, that people didn't get while on a limited salary so not easy to replace.

Awful. Placed an order around June 2025, had absolutely no updates. It was a pre-order what got delayed and delayed and delayed over. Finally showing a release date for the item, and still not received it. The item then has disappeared from the site, I have E-Mailed the “support” and still not heard anything back. Read online that a lot of others have issues with these people, and that their company is most likely a scam. Yeah, it most definitely is. Please avoid them, they are horrendous.

Absolute con artists. They advertise stock the don’t have. Don’t reply to emails or requests for refunds. Avoid like the plague!!!!

Placed Order 8th November, NEVER Received Items, Emailed Numerous Times & Got Same Generic Email , Items In Process Of Being Prepared For Shipment, We're Waiting For Next Delivery To Arrive At Warehouse. Order When Tracked Says Processed. AVOID.
