Scammer!!!! Your order will never arrive.

SCAM TRASH DONT FKN BUY ANYTHING U HAVE BEEN WARNED!
So i bought a ligher from their website about 5 months ago and was supposed to get it after 20 days maximum! it says 7-21 days. I waited for like 30 days and emailed and they told me to wait even more and i did that again and again and again until 50 days had past and i finally got my ligher after 55 fkn days and guess what !! AFTER ALL THAT WAITING THE LIGHTER DOES NOT WORK! I emailed them cause i was really really upset and they told me to send them proof of the lighter not working and i sent them proof and the worker replied by saying "i am truly sorry, u have been given a defective lighter" and basically he offered me a new lighter after 50 days of waiting btw! and now ITS BEEN 60 DAYS SINCE I GOT THE LIGHTER AND I STILL HAVENT GOT MY TRACKING NUMBER WITCH I WAS PROMISED ABOUT A WEEK AFTER SHIPPING! and also they dont respond to my emails anymore to avoid me from getting a new lighter after all that waiting. TRASH COUSTUMER SERVICE! TRASH SHIPPING AND TRASH PRODUCTS THAT DONT EVEN WORK ! NICE MADE ME WAIT HALF A YEAR FOR A NON WORKING LIGHTER NICE FKN COMPANY LOL. NEVER BUY FROM THEM EVER!!!!!!!!!

I ordered this, yes because of all the ads from them on tiktok. The reviews below are correct. I never got a order # (which is required to view the tracking), or a shipping #. All I get is emails of ads from them, literally have never gotten anything else. You can try and contact them but I have yet to get a reply back. So yeah, I have no idea where my lighter is. Last I heard was on April 7th saying it would be here within 4 days. (Again, no info regarding my order other than that.) I feel totally scammed.

Do not buy from this company. My underage son got scammed from this website (via a TikTok link). The lighters do not exist and all you will get is repeated generic emails about delays in orders due to covid. We've tried several times to contact their support email but there is no response at all - not even an acknowledgement of our emails or the issue. There isnt a phone number available anywhere to try and contact them. Do not buy from this company

I have ordered from there and haven't received anything. They won't even reply to the emails I have sent them (multiple). It's been longer than a month.
I've done some research and it appears that a lot of people have the same problem. I've tried the tracking link but it is faulty cause it says it is at the shippers warehouse for some time now.(they give COVID the fault of their delays but in actuality it wouldn't bring such delays of up to 4 months)

I hope this finds the right people. I didn't do my research on the company at first in all the excitement but I hope some of you did and will not order anything from them.

So I order the first 2 lighters in a package then after some time I decide to order 1 more than after some time, I didn't understand why it takes so long so it took around 40 days before the first package arrived then I saw the tracking number was the same and it said it arrived then I only got 2 of my lighters. I am still missing a lighter and the only thing their support team said to me was you just have to wait. Like, wait for what to find out I won't get it because they never sent it. I have contacted their support and waiting for them to do something if nothing happens my review will go down and if they will help and get it here faster I will change my review but right now I am so freaking pissed.

Ordered it about 1 and a half months ago still has not arrived and they don't reply to emails very poor starting to feel like I got scammed!!!
