If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Crooks and thieves. One guy shows up to deliver full size furniture and in the process damaged everything. Boxes showed up soak n wet like they were left outside for days. Better yet, most valuable items of my mom's were missing. Tried to reach out for help and nothing. Funny how they stop responding to you when there's a problem. As for filling a claim, I got an email to send my complaint and pictures too. Still no response. My mom had a stroke 2 days after delivery. Wonder why? Stress of all this couldn't have helped. Do Not Use. I got Infinity movers after hiring Express Moving that I guess was nothing more than a broker.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY

DONT USE THIS COMPANY! They increased price one guy showed up to move the stuff and one guy showed up to deliver it and delivery was a month late. I was missing a lot of items. And some of my items were damaged. No compensation, no response the phone number for them doesn't work. Never got my missing items. Terrible terrible people.
