I am so upset, very CHEAP
I am so upset. I ordered a telescope for my son for his birthday. It took neraly two weeks to get the package. Package arrived in a tight plastic bag. But package was moist and had a foul odor. Upon opening package the telescope looked very cheap. I didn't realize the package was coming from India. They get you with the free shipping. The return policy is clearly stated on the website. However, you have to pay for return shipping. I bought the telescope for $99 which I thought was a deal. You have to have permission to return your item. I sent at least three emails and they finally emailed me back after at least a week. I tried finding reviews of this company prior to purchasing item, and I couldn't find any. I took the item to my local post office and they said it would cost $70 to send back. What is the point in sending it back? They have to inspect the item to determine if it is returnable. I fo not recommend purchasing from this company.
