Such a cool bag made from old bouncy castles!
The ordering and payment process was easy once I had chosen a funky bag as a gift for a friend. Then It wasn't long before it safely arrived in the post in brown paper packaging and I could admire the colours and workmanship. I know my friend will love it and am pleased I could be green, sustainable and support a small business too.

Brilliant customer service!
I accidentally ordered the wrong item. I contacted We Are IA and they responded immediately and offered to swap what I’d ordered for what I actually wanted; they also did so at no extra charge. Absolute heroes!

I can let you know that I have never ignored a customer service, return, exchange or repair email in all my years of running businesses?! Overlooked, yes, ended up in spam, yes... we are all only human!
I've just looked through our customer service inbox and can't see an email anywhere? [I used the email address on your review, could it be a different email address?]
Would you mind please confirming the address it was sent to?
We don't have a massive team, its just myself and my husband, so unusually as both the founder / director [tea maker, machinist, packer etc] I also manage the customer service inbox and obviously would never intentionally ignore a customer? That would make literally no sense?!
We haven't received anything through the post with regard to a return?
I would politely ask that you resend the email to popped@inflatableamnesty.com and I will be keeping an eye out for it....
Customers with bags that are wrong? That's not our thing at all....
