Scam alert: they send a worthless product straight from China, remotely connected to what you ordered. Paypal's insurance dit not intervene because a tracking of the shipment was available. Avoid at all times

Do not buy anything from this company! What they present as a product to buy is not even close to what they send you. They will give you a refund, but you have to send the product back to China on your own dime (ridiculously costly). Just a really bad operation! STAY AWAY!

Influencte practices deceptive advertising presenting their products as much better than they really are. Products are overpriced and shipping time is ridiculously long.

Pure scam.

Sent the wrong product, refuse a refund and want me to send back the items at my cost.

I ordered items, and have been waiting 7 weeks, No delivery, no update, when I requested an update I was told I they have requested it to be expedited. I have requested a refund and currently am still waiting. Do not use these crooks, happy to take your money and deliver nothing but fresh air and lies.

Absolute scammers. Purchase self retracting racket straps advertised on Facebook for $40 but once the purchase went through PAYPAL the charge increased to $49. I then received poor quality normal/manual rachet straps instead of the automatic ones I had ordered. Initially the company offered me $8 refund, then $16. I have gone through PAYPAL trying to get a refund. Influencte are now offering a full refund once they receive the item back in Hong Kong posted at my expense. I have absolutely no confidence I will get a refund if I return the item. Not sure how PAYPAL can support these scammers.

Absolute bunch of Scammers.
I ordered 3 mini pliers sets with belt tool pouches as per the advert on Facebook.
Firstly they overcharged on the order by 20% via Google Pay.
Then they only sent the pouches. When I complained, their support said they had sent what I ordered. I provided evidence of the order showing mini pliers set and tool pouch.
They offered $8 as a gift whilst still stating the order I received was correct.
I complained again multiple times and received a rebate of $16 which was actually less than the overcharged amount, and nothing for the missing tool sets.
Avoid using this company at all costs.
Complete rip off.

I too was scammed into purchasing 4 retractable straps and received one non-retractable orange strap. despite sending proof of what I ordered they are offering a pittance as compensation. Avoid these scammers at all cost!

I paid for a set of retractable ratchet straps and was sent a useless item that wasn’t even remotely what I had ordered. I have been misled and scammed.

Same as the previous reviews about the ratchet straps. Ordered what I thought was a set of 4 black, got one cheap orange one. Sales tax added to order was 32%!

SCAM

Same as everyone else. Order 4 retractable ratchet straps. Received 1 ordinary strap. Emailed them and they tell me I received what I ordered. When I tell them I am contacting PayPal they ask me to return the item to china at my own expense. They literally are scammers.

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS....RATCHET STRAPS WERE NON RETRACTABLE AND WERE JUST NORMAL CHEAP AND NASTY ITEMS.

Incorrect item sent, supplied copy of original order and still they say correct item was sent. Absolute SCAMMERS. DO NOT USE.

These are scammers I ordered a set of 4 retractable ratchet straps off Facebook for around £17 took weeks to arrive surprise surprise from China I recieved just 1 normal ratchet straps not retractable 😡

SCAMMER
Ordered three packs of four ratchet straps after an ad on Facebook. Paid over £54 for them as a 'Christmas deal' Eventually received three seperate straps of extreamly poor quality. Sent screenshot of my order showning picture of what I ordered and they offered me a $10 refund stating they had delivered what I ordered. I paid via paypal and I am escalating through them. AVOID these scammers.

Scammed with the retractable ratchet straps as others have been will never shop here again they sent a cheap single tie down straps when contacted they say it's the correct item.

I ordered orange ratchet straps. I received one plain black strap. What a Ripoff!

Exactly the same messages as others have already posted, no retractable straps just one standard strap, photo sent of product awaiting response, not looking good?

Scammed by the 4 auto ratchet straps scenario as described by others below, single cheap inferior item received which I'm then told to be correct. Seller then went "on holiday". Fingers crossed my credit card accepts the chargeback. Save yourself hassle and avoid this seller at all costs!!!
