Infobip Support does not work.

We have been trying to reach Infobip support for over a week. According to them our account is in arrears, with no explanation why or how this is even possible. When we load funds the funds disappear we are basically unable to use the service. Even tried phoning their offices across different countries to no avail. Their support emails and contact don't respond if they do it takes another week to get feedback.

Infobip has a sister company CENTILI

Infobip has a sister company CENTILI. Centili is mobile payments platform where you can sell digital products.

I am writing this review based on my personal experience with Centili (infobip), a mobile payments platform. I feel it's necessary to share these concerns as they have significantly impacted my business operations.

Currently, my company is among those that Centili owes money to. The outstanding amount is more than $70,000 - a significant sum that is critically affecting our operations and financial stability. Despite numerous attempts to contact Centili and resolve this matter, we have received nothing but silence from their end. The company's ongoing indifference and lack of accountability towards its debts are deeply concerning, casting a shadow over its business ethics and professionalism.

According to a document found on the UK Government's official business registry (see link below), it appears that Centili owes a substantial amount of money. This raises serious concerns about their ability to fulfil their financial obligations towards their partners and stakeholders.

Terrible customer service, no response on crucial troubleshooting/issues

Terrible customer service. They charge you for user license yet the number can't be used to reply conversations on Infobip. 'Error adding sender to the que' keeps coming up. I emailed the digital customer success officer or whatever and there haven't been a reply for days! I have sent the same ticket more than 5 times. Please issue me a refund if you do not want to troubleshoot or assist customers.
