SCAM

SCAM! DO NOT USE!!

As per the other two reviews here (I should have checked here before signing up for the free trial), Infografolio support go completely quiet when requesting a free trial cancellation.

I have been charged for a full year despite me contacting support 7 days before the free trial ended to cancel the free trial. I never even received login details for the trial period so the service is an absolute joke.

I will be marking the transaction as fraudulent with my bank as I have multiple email evidence to prove my case.

DO NOT USE

SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT. The site won't allow you to cancel within the 7-day trial. I tried to disconnect and they were unresponsive. Literal buttons that do nothing. I alerted PayPal and the "business" is saying now my account is not active. Because they finally cancelled it after I emailed multiple times. DO NOT USE.

Missing Disappointing Experience with Automatic Resubscription and Poor Customer Servicecustomer support

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Infografolio. Without any prior warning or notification, they charged my card for an automatic resubscription that I had not activated. It would have been considerate and professional for them to at least send a reminder email indicating that they would charge my card in one week.

What made this experience worse was the lack of response from their customer service team. I have sent three emails requesting a refund, but I have yet to receive any acknowledgement or reply. This level of silence is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.

In this digital age, where many services offer transparent subscription models and prompt customer support, Infografolio falls short. I expected better communication and a more proactive approach to resolving customer issues. I am deeply disappointed and hope they take immediate steps to improve their customer service and subscription practices.

If you are considering Infografolio, be cautious about their subscription policies and be prepared for potential communication challenges.
