We engaged Infoicon Technologies to develop our simple website one year ago. After several e-mails Mr. Pushpendra still did not manage to finalise the website, as ordered. All I received is a Wordpress template fill out in a bad way, using simple translation software to cover foreign langues.
Never again with this company, next time with experts.

I engaged Infoicon Technologies mid way through a website redesign and I really wish I'd come across them from the start. The team provided impeccable service throughout the entire development and design period. The communication and customer service was excellent and helped the process to flow seamlessly. The result was a well designed and fully functional website which I am extremely happy with. I had a really fabulous experience working with Infoicon Technologies and I would recommend their services to anyone.

Like many of the frustrated people here, I've had a terrible experience. My "custom" page was basically an incomplete template that I could have filled all the blanks through using WordPress on DreamHost myself in about 30 minutes. After dragging things out for nearly 2 months I received an unfinished, incomplete website loaded with dummy script jibberish and duplicates of 3 pictures out of a dozen I provided over and over again. Puspendra said that all the changes I requested were done when in fact they didn't do a damn thing. In frustration I just took everything down all together and would rather let my domain name expire at this point. So long $850 (which included a new logo that again, I could have made myself, if I set aside 30 minutes to do it myself).

This company is not professional, dont pay with Paybal you will lose your money. Make your agreement always clear. This company promise you everything before they take the money from you. Communication, offers everything is fake here.

I commissioned a website for 500 euros and paid 250 euros un upfront. After the website was not ready within the deadline and did not meet my expectations, I offered the sales manager "nishant" to keep 50 euros return 200 euros back. After no response, I reported the case to PayPal. PayPal says that you are not allowed to make deposits (i paid 250 in upfront) through PayPal and have simply closed the case. And now i am no longer receiving any replies from INFOICON to any of my emails. I was cheated of 250 euros.

If I could give Zero stars I would. Run far far far away from this company. They are incompetent and are straight up liars. A client of mine ordered a website from them and when I say it was so poorly put together, my 3 year old daughter could've done a better job. Everything was broken and it looked like straight up trash. They claimed it was a "custom site" which really meant it was thrown together in Chinese and no one would possibly know how to edit it. I design websites, and the rep I was working (I shall not name names) with told me that if I didn't know how to edit it, I clearly don't know websites. There was also literally zero training provided on how to edit it and I was told that was an extra fee. So they handed over a website that was un-editable. Also, plugins started breaking and the whole site was down at one point. I was told that would be a $200 edit fee. Also, the form submit broke and he "edited" it and it broke even more, then refused to fix it. I would steer clear as they are shady and do not deliver an appropriate product. Oh, and I forgot one more thing! The website was supposed to be delivered as being SEO friendly, but it was literally the complete opposite, large, unoptimized images, bloated plugins, extra non-working pages. Our rankings have tanked since redoing the site.

I have done job in email marketing but their all of Bd's have no knowledge about target.. they want all work was done by email marketing thats why they have interrupt in targets ... and they have deduct salary also. their behaviour is too bad with email marketers.They have no manners and all of email marketers have left the job just bcoz of their BD's. so i have request to whose see my review ..please do not join them..

We have been working with Infoicon Technologies for a few months. They manage several of our websites, taking care of our Google my Business, PPC and all other advertising areas.They are professional, creative and have helped generate more sales & leads which has been very helpful for my team.

My dealings with Infoicon Technologies have been with them because they spammed me telling me I needed their SEO help. (The initial email came from a Gmail account, not via their domain...)

When pressed as to why I needed their services, they listed four 'major on-page shortcomings' about my site. Only NONE of the things they listed are 'on-site' and out of the four, one was simply wrong, one was meaningless and they other two were very vague...

I decided to look at their own site to find out more about them. Their site has images of busy looking office behind their address, only it's a photo of Goldman Sachs bank...

I have not used their SEO services because all my dealings with them have been so unprofessional that I wouldn't want to do business with them!

No matter what you suggest: They can do it! They promise you that what ever you want them to, they can do it - even within a short period of time. Everything is possible because of their "great" team. But it is all fraud: They just want you to pay and you will get nothing useful.

I sent them 4 pages of specifics to my new shop. Their reply was very convincing, basically saying "no problem, piece of cake".

A specific person from this company said it would take them 6-8 weeks to finish project.

1 year later they still hadn't finish anything and even wanted more payment! This person kept telling me that they would build my project as promised just as long as I paid them more.

He/she kept asking for more money but when he/she finally realized that I wasn't going to send more money he/she stopped the correspondance and my money was lost.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM - they can't do anything but taking your money.

They have no morals.

I contacted the sales person to develop some APP with them. Initially he agreed to my project price. Then the sales person passed me to his technical lead. The technical lead then keeps delaying and very poor in communication, every time I have to chase him to know what is going on.
After 1 week, he came back to me saying they cannot do the work because their developers don't have the knowledge and skills required. They said they want to use new library to develop and said that my existing library cannot be used, which I checked and this is not true. They simply want to charge me more money...When I raised this situation to the sales person, the technical lead is getting angry and rude to me...

So, please do not be deceived by their company website and think they are established company. I will never use this company again, if I can...
Please do not pay any upfront fee until they produce some work for you otherwise you will lose your money. They always ask for some upfront payment, please do not trust them.
